Tested it out yesterday on an old bed frame I found. Seems to work great. I ran it on low power (25 amps) and ran a cable outside with it plugged into my apartment power outlet. Worked just as I hoped it would. I think it's great for the price, I'm just going to be doing hobby stuff and is the perfect pick if that is your intention!

Works great on 110v with 3/32 rod. 1/8” would work better when using 220v for thicker metal.This thing is light and works great even when using a long extension cord. Has payed for itself already

Ok, this welding machine it perfect in the beginning welding or somebody else that has never used a good welding machine. I am not comparing the item with hi the quality welders(Miller, Lincoln...), no I just have another one (blackstone 90amp @110v ) that welds good and have same power. This welder, turning the knob up to the max “203amp” act exactly like my blackstone at 90 amp. Using 3/32 6013.

I have use aluminum welding rods before with a 110 welder and no problems, this welder would not run them at all.

Does a very good job reverse polarity hands up very pleased
