I personally use these most on my face and neck. They have made their way into my daily routine. They are super good in aiding lymphatic drainage, and in my case puffiness under my chin and along my jaw line.I’ve seen ones much more expensive on the market, but this set is the best value and does its job very well. There are many different tools to use in a variety of places.My son uses to help sore and tight muscles and swears they make a difference.

when i drop it on my desk, it sounds like cheap plastic, not buffalo horn like my other gua sha tools. edges are too thick on all but the fish tool. may try it out but im leaning towards returning it.

I’m a physical therapist and I’ve used them on patients. For the price it is as good of a product as you could want. I’ve worked with 5000 dollars tools and 20 dollar tools and these work great. I recommend them to my patients

The tools are easy to use. They are made tough and are a good quality.

While I cannot be sure that these are made of genuine 'horn' (they feel like plastic, with no smell to mention), they do seem to be well made and usable. They are shiny, smooth with no rough edges and are thick enough so that they do not bend. They came individually wrapped in small plastic bags, all in a red 'velvet' drawstring bag... not in a gift box (which was fine by me). I gave them all a soapy hot bath and dried them, and think that they will serve me well. Very happy with these. They are of a nice size, fit nicely in the hand and will be easy to grip and use. Would not hesitate to order another set of these.

These are hard plastic not buffalo horn. The tools are nicely polished and do work.

This is a great tool for working out trigger points. I have not had success with any other tool or even physical therapy. My daughter works out my knots for me. I do bruise quite a bit, but I bruise easily and I'm very fair skinned. I use it on the front of my neck because the muscles on each side of my neck become very tight. I have bulging cervical discs. Tight muscles and trigger make it so much worse. I'm so glad I came across these tools!
