Deviated Septum
I have a deviated septum and sometimes breathing at night can be hard. So I have tried some anti-snoring devices before and they have worked, but ended up irritating my skin. This one did not irritate my skin, but, for me, my septum did not allow for the depth of the device. I used the smallest one and I had to pull it out a little on the side that it is slanted to, that being said, I do recognize it is my nose and not their design that is the problem. I did sleep a little better, but, my problem isn't so much the snoring, but the smaller air space... I guess it is time for surgery to breathe better. All in all, the device did work well and my skin around my nostrils did not get irritated like they have been by other brands.

Uncomfortable
Very uncomfortable to sleep with this in the nose.

Not useful for sleep apnea
Not what I expected this to be. Can’t really tolerate these in my nose. My snoring issue has to do with breathing through my mouth while sleeping, sleep apnea & a hyatal hernia. Doesn’t work for me, maybe for others

Great for large cavity noses.
Not what I was hoping for in a nose dilator. A little too long for my nostril.
