Quadboss ATV Backrest (Black)

Back rest was decently easy to put on. The universal fit makes it a little tougher to install. You may have to kinda figure out how to make it work like I did. It is sturdy and comfortable for what it is. If no one is leaning against it it rattles and makes noise. But the way I rode with a gas can strapped to it it kept it tight and not moving.

Works great. Easy to install and remove when need too. And comfortable.

Bought this for my passenger princess and took her out this past weekend and she loved it. No more trying to hold on for dear life in the middle of a mud hole. She was super comfortable. Well built

We put this on my 2022 Rubicon Deluxe.Once me and a buddy realized that centering the seat meant pulling the add-on cargo rack off to give your hands room to work everything mostly fell into place. We could not use the included u-bolts since the cargo rack spacing would require drilling out or boring wider gaps in the grating. One bolt feeds fine, the second will be slightly angled, but once you tighten the nut it looks fine.Additionally, once you know the angle of the backrest is correct for a rider, you will probably want to go ahead and put a bolt and nut through the flat adjustment bracket's slot. I say this because the catch-pin rattles like crazy. You could wrap it with electrical tape I guess.

Fits on my grizzly 660. Instructions are pretty vague, but if you have at least some mechanical inclination you can pretty much figure out how to install it. The backrest rattles a good bit with the hitch pins installed, so I found the most comfortable position and ran a bolt and locknut through it to reduce the rattling. Works great and the girlfriend loves it so much that she wants to go riding every weekend that we can, so that’s a win-win!

Several of the ATV parks I go to require a backrest in order to ride with a passenger and this has done the trick. Easy to install, good quality, and affordable. I did not need a big, expensive backrest or storage trunk, so this was ideal. If mounted correctly, it will affix to your rear cargo bars and provides a bumper or "safety" wall for your passenger so they don't fly off the back. Now, I do not think it was designed for a passenger and it may not be recommended for passengers, but in my case, I needed it to ride with my wife on the back. I cannot say this makes riding any safer, so don't think that, in fact most ATVs say 1 rider only, I'm only saying it has been a requirement at some parks and has worked for me.

Installed on my 1999 Sportsman 500 with rear rack. Amazed how the holes on the seat back frame and rear rack had a perfect alignment and fit that worked (with very minor creative positioning). No new holes had to be drilled anywhere on either the ATV or seat back. Will work perfect for a passenger, plus still have room for a few items behind the seat back. Love it when “universal” fit actually means universal! Nice item for the money. Hope it holds up.

This seat back is so comfortable and gives you stability as a passenger when going for atv ride. As a passenger princess I rate this 5 stars!!
