I love these resistance bands. I had tried a different company's brand a year or two ago and these ones are much better. These stretch more nicely and they rub/stick against my skin much less than any other kind I have used. I love the amount of resistance each band gives. Very happy with this product. It will make my home workouts much easier now that I have bands that I actually look forward to using!!

I have used these bands for about 2 weeks straight and I feel they are of pretty good quality. I read a lot of reviews about the size of these bands being too small. My suggestion is to read the dimensions of the product before buying because the description accurately describes the dimensions of these bands. My ONLY issue with these bands is that they roll down when around my ankles, but most bands do that. Also, the LIGHT band is pretty useless to me. I suppose at my strength level is provides little to no resistance. Other than that I would recommend these bands!

OMG I can't believe how fast shipping was !!! So I placed an order on the night of 11/24 and the next morning when I came back from my morning workout around 9AM, the package was already in front of my house !! I did not expect the package to arrive so early because of Thanksgiving. When I opened the package, I immediately tried the bands on. They were exactly what I was looking for, 10X2 and the bands are thick so I don't feel like it's tugging on my skin. Also, when I use them, they did not lose its shape because I have noticed it with the Home-Complete after the first use. I have used the Perform Better at the cross fit gym and I can honestly say that I like these better. I highly recommend everyone to purchase these :) They have great customer service and they products live up to its claims. Two thumbs up for me ! Thank you ACF, now I can take these with me to workout when I can't make it to the gym.

Wow! These bands are awesome! I was hesitant to purchase bands for exercise, but the quality and resistance make these very valuable. For me, I truly get a great workout with these. I use them while traveling (which is great since the pack so easily) and at home (if I just don't feel like hitting the gym). Enough about how I think they're awesome. Get 'em yourself! These are really nice. People complained about them being too small, but they come with measurements and they are really supposed to be that size. The stretch a decent amount too. I like having the different difficulties. I also love that they have amazing customer service and have emailed me to make sure that I received my product. They also sent along a website and a PDF with workouts to do with these bands, which is really awesome! I can't wait to start using them more.

This is a very nice set and has been just great for my new physical therapy routine as we are adding/modifying exercise each week and I use the resistance bands for at least a couple of the exercises everyday and have used all but the xtra heavy band at this point. The only thing I would add/change, etc, would it would be nice if there was an option to get a larger set ( ie increased diameter) so that I could have more flexibility to attach to other surfaces, meaning I would buy that set to compliment this one. Otherwise, I am very very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to a friend without hesitation due to the quality and versatility of the set!

This is a great deal for a set of four resistance bands. I use these daily as part of my physical therapy routine for a spinal injury, and I don't have any complaints about them so far. I like having four different resistance levels, and am happy I didn't have to order four separate bands.

Great product, very good quality, BUT not as good quality as some of the more expensive brands. Nevertheless, this is still a great product & I use them just as frequently as the ones I bought from BodBands (different sizes). Highly recommend this product for someone looking for this type of fitness product. The bands def pull on the skin some & might be uncomfortable if you have lots of body hair, but any of the resistance bands will do the same since they are mostly all made of identical material. Highly recommend this product!!

sounds maybe bit of crazy but i dont use these bands just during exercises , and also my friends asking me why i m so much into them now , i take them almost everywhere with me and wear them ( use them ) As long as I'm walking, running errands, working, moving around I'm getting the benefits of the resistance bands.I had a knee injurt and after i started using them now i can not do without , so my wife and even kids are using them now , this loop brands are great becuase its great for everyone ( every age group ) , Okun ones are great quality and latex unlike cheap ones ,with these ones I really feel then working my thighs and glutes muscles .So around my team and family friends will order them too because they can see it works and great quality to buy , nice case exra bonus also fathers day great present ,becuase it does come in retail package .They are really great for Improving Mobility and Strength, Yoga, Pilates or for Injury Rehabilitation - Suitable for Women and Men and little ones

Bought these based on the description. These bands have no resistance. I tried the X-Heavy and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The only ‘good’ thing about these resistance bands is that they come in a bag so that they can be easily thrown away. My search for resistance bands continue.

Worth the money. Come with a nice little bag,The lighter bands don't offer much resistance but the other two do. I use both depending on the exercise and am happy with the workout they provide.

I am using these elastic bands for my flexibility workout at home and they work really good. The only thing I would like a bit differently is if the resistance of the black one, I would love it if it was a bit more resistant. But very good product overall. Recommended.

Exactly what i wanted! Only downfall is that they can bunch up and twist and become quite painful sometimes! But not all the time!

I had a meniscus operation .I have been using these bands for my rehabilitation . they are very quality and help me to improve my muscles .

Good value for money. They do bunch up a bit as they’re not very wide and the resistance is very light however based on price I think very fair!
