When I read reviews on these fins, I noticed many folks complained about the fit being too tight, hard to get the foot inserted into the fin etc. It said buy a size up from what you normally wear to avoid these problems, so that's what I did. I wear women's size 7-7 1/2, so I bought a medium. They were very loose. Sent them back and bought a Small. Tried putting them on when they arrived and they felt very tight, HOWEVER when I put them on IN THE POOL they went on like butter and fit perfectly. Silky. My feet were extremely comfortable. I love them so much! They are also very fast and definitely promote the proper use of the hamstrings and glutes when kicking vs kicking from the knee down only. Definitely worth the price. Very very happy with these fins. Great workout!

Awesome fins, I recommend getting a size or two up, i took the 10-11 being a size 10, the fit snug with my pronounced arch, once in the water and swimming you don't notice the right hold. They work great and do well at keeping you kicking like you would bare feet. I liked the extra help and speed I get from them, I use them to swim with my two young boys who are learning to swim, this allows me to stay in the water longer and gives me the extra kick off they need help... I have 4 stars for the comfort as they are tight around my arch, possible that the size up would have be perfect. I really recommend these fins

I'm 65 and swim 3/4 to one mile three times a week. I have a bad hip and swimming is one thing I can still do, I never have had a good kick and mostly just used my arms using the fins for about a quarter-mile has strengthened and trained my legs to where I have a good kick the whole time I am swimming. The fins are comfortable and fit securely, I am looking forward to using them the next time I travel and get to go snorkeling. My previous fins were a shorter snorkeling fin but these are easier to put on and have better propullsion.

These are excellent fins, my husband and I use them almost daily for lap swimming.... They give nice resistance for our workout and help with proper technique....However if you have a wide foot or a highly arched foot like mine... you will definitely need to size up. We had to size up TWO FULL SIZES. According to the chart I should wear a medium/large, in reality, I had to order the large/large before I could even get them on my foot.

The design and color are great and the fins a good length for my regular 50 lap workout. The reason I have to return them is because I got blisters on the top of my feet after the first wearing and they were not too tightly~fitted. Like the other negative reviews, the material is way too hard and heavy which is too bad cuz the performance of these fins is a 5 star. Also I wear a speedo medium and ordered these in a large. Happy waters everyone!

feels great on an using in pool! Love the length and the fact that the toes are under back side instead of out in front! makes it so much more comfy!!! Silicone strap is a little hard to pull up, but once you get the hang of it , its just fine. Love the short length too and the cut outs really work in water the way you said it would! I love these short fins! So glad I researched so many of this type of fin and came to yours for purchase! I made the right choice! Thank you!

These are probably not a choice for snorkeling nor diving but training in a pool. They are heavy and sink immediately if you drop them. They are amazingly comfortable compared to any fins I have used prior. I’ve used them for my usual one hour swim with zero pressure points nor rubbing. They have a great fit and quality feel. I needed/wanted something to increase propulsion and perhaps recruit low back and hip muscles. I’m thinking this hits those spots. If you are looking for scuba or open water snorkeling, maybe not.

11-23-2020: Good Short fins. Good for fly and flutter kick on back and front. I would recommend these fins for my swimmers I coach. Good resistance when doing the up and down kick.11-26-2020. Strong Durable fins. Strong resistance when kicking downward. Increases ankle flexibilityI wear men's shoes at size 9.5. Got the size 9-10 fins. Good fit. comfort is good.Will update after a few months of use.

Love them nice quality would get again but take in the size i am usually a size 8 i got the small size 7 to 9 ones they are tight a little to tight but if you like that then get them. i got them when they went on sale at $15 was to worth it.

Excellent fins, promote kick from the hips.Good blade angle( I like the feel).Short but excellent propulsion,on wide side so feet needs to be apart.Soft and and very comfy.Great for delphine kick.Have some weight that is beneficial in kick.Sizeing is true.
