This is a great micro needling tool. I’ve seen good improvement on my deep vertical chest wrinkles. I love that I can adjust the depth of the needles and the tool stamps instead of rolls. This is also affordable enough to replace monthly. I use this once a week or so on my chest and neck. It’s been less than a month and I’m already seeing improvements. After I use this tool I put on a retinol body cream and the cover with a heavier body cream (no fragrance!). The tool comes with directions on depth of the needles for different areas/concerns. Most Derm offices use the 3.0 mm needle which this tool can do. Please make sure it’s clean- soak in rubbing alcohol before and after each use. You should also replace about once a month or so as the needles will dull.

I have used the rolling dermarollers before, this feels easier to use on my hair line the hair doesnt get stuck i just divide the hair and stamp it, i read a lot on the effectiveness on hair loss, i havent noticed any significant change yet but i will continue to use it for now

I like the quality and performance

This would be great but I experienced a few major issues. First, it arrived wrapped with a napkin (really? 💁🏻‍♂️). The I noticed that it needles extender is not accurate with the length and sometimes pulls slightly back while using. And lastly, the housing started cracking after a few uses. I give it 3 stars.

I like how I’m able to adjust the needle length that I desire and it fits comfortably.

It’s really easy to clean and so far great for my hair if you have thicker hair the 3.0 worked for me but the rest was perfect

Good product value for the money we can adjust its needle length as per our needs new baby hairs are visible in head after using it for 3 months. When we comparing to derma roller it works better because it don't make any serious damages to hair follicles and no issue of pain compared to derma roller I just love the product the build quality is good ,needle adjustment is precised one, always clean the derma stamp with alchohole after each use.
