Listen, I love my legs. They may be thicker than a snicker and closer to Casper in complexion, but they carry me around. Because of them I can chase my crazy children around the house or rush through the grocery store like an Olympic athlete.But at night? I’ve taken for several nights now. I waited to write a review until I was certain. I have developed awful restless leg at night. It has kept me awake for hours and sometimes the whole night. I was desperate. I reduced caffeine and sugar, but nothing helped entirely. And it seemed random or without warning. These pills do work, but I have to take several. I’ve taken up to 5 and try to stick with 4 or less. Still finding my balance. Maybe I can reduce to 3 eventually. Hope that’s safe. For the price, it is worth it. I find that the pills work all night. They are small and dissolve quickly. So, easy, inexpensive, effective, and long lasting. ✔️✔️✔️✔️

I have developed terrible restless leg after being in a bad car wreck a year and a half ago. I was absolutely miserable every night and one night awake due to the extreme discomfort while the rest of the world slept, I researched OTC remedies and found these. The reviews were mixed but the overarching theme was that these do work. I ordered immediately and couldn't wait to try them. As some of the other reviewers have mentioned, initially they worked using the dosage amount written on the box; however, not too long after starting them they stopped working at the 1-2 pill dosage and I had to continuously up the number I take for them to be effective and now I take 5 or more at a time. That being said, in my opinion, they are worth having bedside and I don't ever let them run out. I am now on a Rx medication but sometimes even the Rx doesn't help as much as I need (I woke up with severe discomfort around 3:00 am took 5 of these and they helped me get back to sleep quickly and I slept comfortably until I had to get up) and having these on standby for those times the Rx just isn't cutting it alone, for me, is a must.I only gave 4 stars because I do have to take so many for them to work and costs add up but they do work. I swear by them especially in a 'rescue' situation.

These work for restless legs. If I didn't have these I would almost never be able to really sleep. I try to skip some days wen I can because it isn't supposed to be used daily but I almost use it daily. It works good. This is as good as it get for people with restless legs syndrome since there really is no permanent fix.

These seem to be working for me so far.Some nights my legs jerk and twitch and keep me awake.Sometimes I take two and sometimes I take three.But just take two or three and place them under your tongue.In less than 10 seconds they just vanish and then no more restless legs.I tried magnesium and iron and quercetin but that didn't work and these are cheaper, anyway.So far I have ordered three bottles of these.I tried the cheaper version of these and they seem to work just as well.

I was skeptical but ordered this product to try to help with my restless legs at night. Sure enough, this did the trick! I re-ordered it several times but soon started to realize that it was triggering migraine for me. I have no idea why or what ingredient(s) might have caused it, but I have had to discontinue its use.I gave this product 3 stars because i found it to be quite effective for restless legs, but unfortunately I am unable to take it due to the side effects. :( The search continues for something to help me sleep at night.

These are helping in addition to the leg cramp tabs. They are helping with the jumpy creepy crawling feeling I have always, in my legs. Being worse at night I was desperate to see if I could calm them if even a little.And they are helping. I will need to reorder more to not run out. Wish it came now in a big big bottle. I never thought my legs could be still ate rest, or lying down to try to sleep at night. Definitely give it a try.
