So far so good!
These work so well for me. I wanted to drown out the background noise at work, but still be able to hear in case someone needed me. They definitely cancel out the background noise, so people on the other end don’t hear anything but me talking. I can still hear everything around me, but when someone on the phone starts talking I can hear them crystal clear. I love the split cable as well. I can detach from my phone and connect to my laptop for teams meetings with ease.

came defective
I was looking to upgrade my other headset because the sponges were hurting my ears, but these are very comfortable, and they would've been nice, but the sound was horrible, maybe they were defective because I read the reviews before I bought them, and they all have good reviews, the volume was low, the sound was muffled, they had to go back, I feel disappointed.

Callers can't hear me
Nor syre if it's the headset or the phone but I can hear great, but the persons I call can barely hear me. WITHOUT the RJP-C I can't hear. Though this phone is on the compatible list.Otherwise I love this headset. It feels comfy and the gold color is nice. Plus it twists and turns making it easy to store.

Works well, doesn’t have a hang up button
The headset is really cute, works well. It just don’t have a hang up button so I have to unplug from my work phone after every call to get it to hang up

Great Telephone headset
I have paid double for another telephone headset and this headset is much better. I also use them to watch a movie on my laptop and even my phone once in a while. The sound is great. I highly recommend if your looking for affordable but still great quality

Insufficient shielding allows annoying random noise to occur.
I have a zoom podcast P4 with the ETA Bluetooth adapter. I used a splitter to separate the audio in the microphone for the headset and initially could not make it work. Finally I discovered that if I purchase a RODE adapter that would provide a small amount of current for the microphone that I could actually make it work but that was an additional expense. I'm using this in a vehicle to be able to interview people, and record them with the P4, and I got a lot of hum and Distortion that I assumed was related to plugging the P4 directly into a power supply connected to an inverter. What I have recently discovered is that if I just abandoned this headset and use a regular handheld microphone and either headphones, or running the output through the auxiliary input of the car stereo, the shielding of a standard XLR cable is sufficient to eliminate all the insane noise which was apparently not power supply related to begin with nothing other than the insufficient shielding on the headset cables. Ultimately I purchased some shielding material to place over the cables of the headset and shrink wrap to hold it all in place for the entire length of the wiring for the headset and that still did not provide any relief for the undesirable noise. Likely I will not ever use this product again and just be out the money but it took a lot of experimenting to figure out what really works best for interviewing people on the road with a podcast P4. If you're using this headset in an office environment hooked to a Cisco whatever maybe it's okay but if you're just looking for a good solution to a non-standard application this headset is not for you.
