I originally purchased the 6.8 oz bottles and loved it, so I purchased the "family size" option for this same product and the conditioner in the family size bottle is a completely different consistency than the 6.8 oz bottle. The family size I received appears to be watered down and is not creamy and thick like the 6.8 oz bottle. My hair is also responding differently and is much less moisturized. Very disappointed with this product.

This conditioner is expensive but worth it to me. It doesn’t take much. My hair was full of split ends due to over styling and this product has made all the difference.

This was not Iles. The bottle was smaller and a dingy off white color. The smell was completely different than Iles conditioner I’ve been using for over a year. There were dirty finger prints on the bottle, despite arriving in a busted up Iles outer box with no product information, as is typical of Iles. The dispenser was already depressed with crusty stuff clogging it & the cap. Beware.

I have used this product for 2 years. This is not the Iles Formula I use. It does not smell like iles or lather up like iles.Something else was put in this bottle.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy Iles... she gave me a sample of the shampoo, conditioner and serum... she said it would change my hair... I have very long hair, I have tried many products and spent countless $$, and I really wanted this product to be as amazing as she said. She was right! It is amazing, felt and saw the difference immediately! Thanks for the sample Wendy!
