Rosarita Organic Refried Beans, 16 oz

These are not only delicious they are good for you because they're organic.

Hmmm! The following review I left was for the product I purchased, not this one. I bought Vegetarian Refried Beans, organic, non-GMO, made by "Made-With", NOT "Rosarita"! I'm very disappointed that Amazon shifted my review from one product to a different one! My original review for Made-With, which still appears to be in business: I buy organic whenever possible, which is what attracted me to these beans in the first place. In the reviews, a few people said that they found the taste of the coconut oil off-putting, so had some misgivings about that but ordered anyway. I'm so glad I did! I don't know, maybe some people's taste buds are more sensitive than mine, but I don't taste the coconut oil at all. To me, these beans have a wonderful flavor!

For a canned refried bean, it's good. But to be honest I've had homemade that was better. Still if you're ina hurry or a bit lazy you really can't be unhappy with this one.

I like these good flavor

They are very good and I prefer organic. I would just like more clarity on “natural flavors.” I tried posting a question but the answer wasn’t helpful. Natural flavors could mean anything. Lard, chicken fat, herbs, etc. If it were just sunflower oil, I don’t think they would have listed natural flavors beside that. Any insights? Would be nice if the manufacturer would clarify. I am guessing they didn’t label this one vegetarian for some reason.

I had never tried rosarita organic beans before. They were good. COVID -19 has helped to start me ordering food online. So I started with this product.

Not too much flavor, just ok

We like these beans as my husband has been eating them for years. I like them as they have chunks of half beans more like smashing your own. We serve them with cheese, fresh salsa or green Chile, avocado, and sometimes meat. Getting them organic supports the organic farmers and the earth.
