Insanely warm
I've worn mitts and gloves from Dakine and Black diamond and this was somehow warmer than those. These don't have liners but will keep you toasty while they're on and warm up extremely quickly if you take them off for a bit. They do feel less maneuverable than the other mitts I've worn (this is probably where they lowered cost) but it's good enough to adjust snowboard bindings without removing. Also the wrist straps broke pretty quickly (with a few days of use) which was annoying.Would love a pair of liners since I take my phone out more than I should but overall would highly recommend these.

Dexterity and warmth!
Overall great glove - this was the first time using a glove like this skiing. My hands always seem to get cold and I don’t think true mittens would offer much dexterity while skiing, but this was a great solution. I was able to use my pointer and thumb and for the most part my fingers stayed warm! No issues with my hands getting wet.I question how warm these will stay in the colder temps but worked well for 20-30 degree weather on the mountain.

Super warm
I bought these last minute for snowboard trip as back up gloves. I used them 2 days. First day temp was 25° My hands were toasty to the point of being sweaty at one point. Day 2 temp was 9° gloves still kept my hands toasty. For the price these gloves are outstanding.

Finally, a real test....
I've had a couple of days this season around 15°F for my 5 mile bike ride. This morning it was 7°F when I left home, and the bike trail goes along a creek where it typically loses a couple more degrees. On a day like today I'm biking at 8-10 mph because the cold limits your speed. My hands were comfortable all the way to work. I expected my trigger fingers to be a little cold when I got to work. That's how it usually works with 3 finger mits. Nope, even my trigger fingers were still in normal temperature range. I was pleasantly surprised. I have about 20 years experience riding to work in the cold. Aluminum road bike drop bars will suck the heat right out of your hands right through the gloves. These did not. It was one of the better performances I've seen from any glove while biking.

Warm but doesn’t work with phone.
Advertised as able to use with phone, but absolutely doesn’t work. So back they go and I’ll buy some other ones.

Great Gloves, Especially For the Price
My fingertips get cold in the somewhat brutal Chicago winters. Spend time most mornings talking my dog to a park where the humans stand around while the dogs play. I wanted gloves that would keep my fingertips as warm as they could without electronics. The gloves do the job for the most part and definitely as well or better than the name brand expensive gloves I have bought and tried.I feel confident recommending these gloves as I am quite happy with them.

Be prepared to replace your existing gear with these!
I was pretty skeptical of these goes, given the price, but they were actually for a personal project that required mindfulness on the cost, and not for recreational, or every day use, so I didn’t have much of an expectation. But the performance of these gloves happens to be excessive, and far better than had ever I imagined! My go-to Hestra Helis that I use on the mountain are heavier, and less spacious (in XXLarge) than the XXL gloves I ordered!Anyway, I decided to really give them a hardcore test run, to determine if they’d be close to what I needed for my project, not expecting much. So, I took them to Crested Butte Mountain for a 1°/30” powder-day on the slopes. Because they’re $130 cheaper than my go-to gloves were, I didn’t have faith in their ability, but wanted to get a sort of extreme baseline for them, and on this test I packed my regulars as a backup, knowing I’d probably need them. Turns out I almost had to use the backups— but not for the reason I expected— because my hands were on FIRE 🔥 in these gloves. I was SHOCKED at how warm these EXSki 3-finger gloves actually are!! I couldn’t take them off because the sweat was freezing to my hands when I did!Weight, comfort, size (my hands are big, so it’s really hard to find gloves that fit properly), warmth, and overall feel make these gloves a major consideration for my gear bag. If they had added a “snot-spot” to wipe my face when it’s that cold, and maybe make them touch screen-able (because I froze when I took them off), or if they added a pocket for a ski pass, these would, without doubt, be perfect for anything, but those are minor issues, given the cost. But here’s the thing, that’s not why they only get 4 stars…The ONLY problem I have with them is the, what I imagine is a small “pull-strap” loop on the inside of the wrist, pulled out on one side after the first time I took them off to check my phone, and then tried to pull them back on. One side of that loop just popped. That’s literally the only reason this isn’t a 5 star review. If that strap wasn’t there, or if it hasn’t pulled off, you can believe that I would replace my Heli gloves in my bag! As it is, they’re great for my project, it doesn’t really need a strap so cut the straps off and I’ve modified them anyway, so I can’t return them. But these gloves are hands-down, the best purchase you can make for the money!!In fact, I’m wondering if maybe I just got a defect, and should consider adding the extra star… I can’t send them back now, since I altered them, but you can believe I’d like to partner with this company for my project, and I am planning to purchase MANY more of these gloves for my project, given the cost and performance!!
