PrimaForce Beta Alanine Powder Supplement - Enhances Strength Performance / Reduces Fatigue, 500 Grams

The first thing that I was impressed with was the size of the canister. I have included a picture next to a Powerade bottle to show the height and width of the canister. The flavor is unflavored so there's nothing to remark on there. When added to your favorite fruit drink or sports drink or energy drink this will give you a fair bit of pins and needles if you're not used to it and you have not built up a tolerance to it. Some people might even say it bothers them. I prefer to feel that it's working. Unfortunately I found at much higher doses that it does cause muscle cramps and spasms. So be forewarned. it dissolves easily in hot or cold drinks but if you stir it in at room temperature and then at ice after it melts it would be best. You won't be disappointed in this beta alanine if you really are looking for a good supplement value for the money.

I've tried a couple brands of beta alanine, including what comes in pre-workout, and this has been very good compared to those other ones. I can't really speak to its possible effects yet as this is the first time I've taken it with more knowledge of how and I haven't reached 30 days yet, which is when the muscle stores are supposed to reach saturation or so and you can actually see some effects. I am grading the product itself, and compared to other beta alanine products I've tried, this one has very little paresthesia, or the tingly feeling that is usually associated with beta alanine. I take regularly take 2 scoops, which is around 2g going by the label, and any tingling is very minor. A few years ago, tried the ON brand beta alanine, and it was much different as 1 scoop around 1.6g had my face tingling for like 20-30 minutes afterwards. It's also barely noticeable in drinks, though I mostly drink it with flavored beverages.

Absolute garbage .... I get 10x's the tingle from vitamin shoppe store brand...I'm updating my review and just say that when you dose it at 2-3 times the other brand, it does give a reaction which seems appropriate.The whole situation is kinda creepy because it just again demonstrates you dont know what you get when you buy things outside the control system. But then again, the FDA and DEA regulated pharmaceuticals don't exactly provide "Safety" when administered in broad context either. The only difference being usually you know the integrity and the purity when regulated. And again, obviously we don't want these authorities controlling the world. So we have to trust somewhere... I JUST FEEL LIKE IT WAS WATERED DOWN... Thats all.. No I did not get my money back. I'll live as its still a slightly higher value overall. So it appears. Would I buy it again? Maybe not. Would I try another Prima Force product? Depending..

This is no better or worse than any other beta alanine supplement I've tried except it costs less. Good Value.
