No power adapter
Don't need this kind of hassle. Didn't have the transfomer power plug.Just wasting my time and my money.It appears that I am not the first reviewer who has had this problem.

Getting a bit sick of buying products online and being left without a way to charge or power purchases, this being a prime example. No power source included. Phone itself is in great condition and well packaged but purchase let down by omission.

Fantastic product
For a product labelled certified refurbished, I genuinely couldn't tell it had ever been used. It looks brand new to me. The setup was very simple and it works very well with our phone system, and incredibly quick delivery. We will continue to buy these phones from Amazon.
