Fab cage a little fiddly to put together. The only thing I don’t like is the bottom tray is to shallow

I have one very happy Syrian Hamster using all levels. Took a bit of constructing but only because I lost the instructions. Once the levels are in it leaves plenty space for more toys etc. The wheels are nice and quiet too. Can recommend!

I bought this cage for 2 young rats and they love it!They also love the house and the platforms are great too. There is a lot of space for climbing which is perfect for rats. There is also a lot of room at the top which has allowed me to hang an extra bed and climbing ropes.The only downside is that the wheels are not particularly great, they are the only things that seem a bit cheap and nasty and don't turn very well. On the plus side, I've taken one of those out giving extra room for toys and left the other in, it doesn't get used by the rats but they climb on it so they are happy. If you bought this cage for a hamster or gerbil then you might want to buy a separate wheel.The cage itself was easy to put together and fun trying to work out where the best place to put the platforms was. It seemed a bit flimsy at first but once it is all together it becomes fairly sturdy. I have to admit that I was a bit unsure if it would be suitable for rats and as they get bigger they might need a bigger cage, although if I can get tubes to fit it then I might just get another one of these cages and connect them together.All in all, a great cage for the price, any small rodent would love it!
