If I could give it zero I would. This watch didn’t work. Battery wouldn’t charge. My daughter never got to use it. Is it me or has the quality of items Amazon sells gotten worse?

My daughter got this watch for her third birthday, and we thought she might be a little young, but it’s actually been really helpful. She loves it, loves the games and it charges super fast which is convenient.

This watch is pretty amazing! All the functions work really well. Set up is pretty easy. Very cool to be able to contact my little sister. Great device for safety! It’s got the whole family connected.

My son loves it! We are very pleased.

This seemed like a really great buy but I was disappointed that I wasn't able to obtain network coverage in my area for this device. My 6 year old didn't seem to be too bothered by that though. He played with this item for about two weeks before his older brother accidentally knocked it off the stand it was situated on while charging. After that the screen no longer worked.

It's ok. My issues are the GPS is completely inaccurate. I do like how your kid can send you lil voice messages instantly. Also it's hard to turn off without sending out distress sos. Ultimately it does let my son call me if an emergency so for that I appreciate it however the other features advertised are not very dependable or accurate so don't be mad at your kid when they tell you they are one place and the watch says another.

The one in got will not connect to the app feel of the watch is cheap since I can't connect Thur the app there is no control of watch I can't even set the time

Great watch features, but there are NO sensible or helpful instructions - which is extremely FRUSTRATING!1. I had to search online to find a video how to open the watch to get SIM card in.2. Trying to get the SIM card in was also frustrating. You need to slip the silver section down, then flip up. Position SIM, then pull silver section down and slip it back firmly in position.3. You need a SIM card (I got a 3G mini SIM from Rogers in Canada).4. You need to purchase a data/voice plan for all phone features to work. At Roger's the cheapest plan was $25 a month for 100MB and 50-minutes calling.5. Cant seem to change to a digital watch face, my child cannot read an analog watch so that defeats me telling her to use her watch!6. The APP Setracker2 allows you to link more than one watch, see the location of the watch/child, initiate a 2-way call, send text and voice notes, set up specific numbers the phone can call (phone book), set alarms, put the phone in do not disturb mode, shut the watch down remotely. There are other features but without a manual I'm yet to figure them out.7. The Setracker2 APP has annoying ads which pop up every time you open it. They claim you can PAY $6.49 to remove ads for a year. This is a rip off as I bought the watch, the watch needs the APP so that is unfair. The watch did not advertise this.We've had the watch for 24-hours and it is working well.I can call my daughter and she can call me.The geo-positioning works, I can see that she's at school or swimming etc.She likes the games, I find the sounds annoying.Not sure there is a volume button to control that.I'll update this once we've used the watch for a week.For the CA$35 price tag this is an EXCELLENT purchase! And satisfies the criteria to be able to contact your child if needed!

My eight-year-old son loves this watch...The only thing I had a problem with is finding a 2G network in Canada the only place I could find a Sim card that would match up to this network was Rogers-wireless. So if anyone was wondering where to buy a phone plan for this thing in Canada Rogers seems to be the only one.

Definitely a waste of money, this device cannot be connected in Canada since it only takes 2G. The watch freezes and wont scroll to other screens. Cheap watch, please don't waste your money!

No clear instructions. Hard to sync on phone. You will need a SIM card and network to make it work (that wasn't specified).
