This is the second acupressure mat and pillow set I've bought. My first was by ProSource, and I'm pretty sure the only difference between the two brands is the name. They are identical good quality construction for roughly the same price. In case you're curious, my old mat did not wear out and I would buy that brand again; I bought this as a gift and only picked Silvan because it appeared identical and shipped faster).As for the functionality of these mat and pillow sets, they're great. They really do work. Both the Silvan and ProSource mats come with easy to follow instructions. It's been a few years since I've looked at the ProSource instructions, but if I recall correctly, the Silvan instructions are substantially larger and thus easier to read (it's just one double-sided, full color sheet with the product image printed on the front and all the instructions on the back).

Crazy something so simple could do so much in a short time. I'm bothered by back pain especially when I sleep and also sit in my office chair too long. Laid down on this for 30 minutes the day I got it and while it is a bit uncomfortable and do take care getting on and off of it, I can go several hours without back pain. The last 2 nights I've laid on it again for about 30 minutes before bed and I'm able to sleep thru the night without pain...I'm hoping it will give longer relief, but even if it doesn't, doing it twice a day is definitely worth it.Also, I can't remember when I could lay flat on my back for more than 10 minutes without experiencing significant pain...I'm able to lay on this flat on my back for 30 minutes with no pain at all.

I use this daily. It was uncomfortable at first but I've grown to appreciate it. Once the initial discomfort goes away, my back becomes warm and loose. I highly recommend this one for those not wanting to spend a lot of money.

I have chronic pain in my back and neck and this works amazing. I suffer from migraines and the neck pillow and an ice pack make them disappear. I am allergic to most opioids and when I have to take them because the pain is so bad, I itch despite Benadryl and laying on this mat makes the itching stop. I might order a second set for my legs since it works so well!!

Cheap enough and functional enough to be a decent purchase.. I have chronic cervical/nerve pain and this helps alot actually if it hits when I'm trying to sleep. I have certain spots in my neck, shoulder, and even arm and hand that are very numb/tingle. I feel like I could stab these areas and it would feel good. Actually certain tattoos I've gotten felt awesome! So in other words, the spikes on this mat and pillow feel great for my symptoms. I actually have fallen asleep on it before.

I have been searching for an affordable and reliable acupressure mat and pillow set for quite some time and was very happy to find this one for the price as most on the market today are overpriced, not made well, do not work, etc. I am 5’2” tall and had hoped this was full body length but it was only matted for back. I sometimes choose not to use the pillow during some sessions. It is a great product and I highly recommended it for the therapy and for the price...especially before leaping to pay for the ones being pimped out by reality or celebrity person(s). Give it a try for help in relaxation, detoxification of impurities, etc.!

I purchased this based on a recommendation from a friend who used it for his back pain. I was skeptical at first and I didn’t have any pain but using it made me feel relaxed and it seemed to help me sleep more soundly.Well, this last weekend I hurt my neck practicing BJJ and figured I would be off the mat for a good week or two, which is what happened last time I hurt my neck in class. I spent the last day hunched over in pain. Then I remembered about this mat. I tried it for ten minutes and felt a little better. Then I tried it for 45 minutes and I feel almost completely better. My head feels a little off, like I still need to lay down and rest, but my neck pain is gone. This is incredible!

So far I like it. It helps some with my back pains and when my family tried it out they loved it. I'll keep on using it and see how it goes as to whether it makes a big difference or not. I find it the most effective on bare skin. It's not too painful for me, just slightly when lying down or sitting up. The pillow is handy for focusing on specific areas on my back. One family member loved using it for their feet.

Love this mat. I was worried about the spikes being too sharp but they feel amazing and there are so many spikes ... which is awesome. I worried about the size of this mat because after purchasing it initially & going back to read the ad, the size looked too small. I read the reviews (I've determined it is most important to read the reviews) & someone said the mat was bigger than indicated and it is. It's about 3' and the quality is great. Ordered one for my daughter. The price is amazing.

Massage therapist told me I should buy this. Works as expected. You're supposed to press it onto your skin and cause a little pain. That's how you get the blood to rush to the targeted area.

Sí ayuda a relajar y a disminuir los dolores sobretodo los de la espalda y el cuello. Parece que me dan un masaje relajante todos los días. Solicité el color morado y llegó en negro pero eso al final no importó porque los beneficios obtenidos son mejores. Además lo recibí antes de la fecha límite que marcaba el proveedor.

Really like this, thought I'd give it a try and it really works. The plastic pieces don't look too expensive, but they are actually quite strong. I would recommend this to anyone. It is great to relax before sleep. For the price this product is great
