The book looks like a new one as it is stated on the website; the delivery is quick, I feel very happy about it.

Short and sweet, this book has it all from cover to cover. I used it in graduate school (architecture) and without it would have not been able to cruise through 3 years of structures without major brain damage. A must for anyone serious about architecture and engineering, in school or in the field.
