excellent product
This buds are amazing. I love the recharging case and the freedom of wireless. Sound is excellent. I bought two more as gifts. Only reason it's a four star instead of 5 is because occasionally the sound flickers on/off (or in/out) in one ear or the other for a couple of seconds here and there. But the sound quickly adjusts and it's all good!

Let me down
Product was pretty good for a while. After 3 weeks the left one stopped working...couldn't hear anything. Both buds were able to pair. Fortunately the right bud continued to work. I like the case and charging. Could have gotten a higher rating had they worked better. I didn't bother to return them.

Worked for about 3 weeks
Now the left one will not work. Won't even charge.
