Sealant protection with Carnauba depth
I will start by saying I am a wax/sealant junkie. I currently own 4 cars (2 daily drivers, a classic, and a "toy" exotic) and they all get washed weekly and waxed far more than is necessary. I personally own anywhere from 25-30 different types of waxes/sealants (Dodo Juice, Boxers, Vics, Blackfire, Adams, Reload, RaceGlaze, Wax Addict, SwissVax, Optimum, Polish Angel, etc) and am always on the look out for a product I havent tried to test out on my classic and exotic (they are much smaller and much easier to wax). When it comes to my DD's, the only thing I use is Four Star UPP in conjunction with "refresher/upkeep applications of Four Star spray wax every 2-3 washes: Spray Wax Best High Gloss Carnuba SPF Formula Fast & Easy Eco Friendly Wax Protection 18 oz. Made in the U.S.A.. The exotic and classic are garage kept and not driven too fairly often so they are not exposed to the harsh environment. The 2 DD's are driven approcimately 400 miles a week each on highway and city roads. These 2 cars must have a sealant that protects well. At the same time, I demand a quality shine from my sealants. With Four Star UPP you truly get the best of both worlds. As far as durability, I have no issues going 4 months on my non-garage kept daily drivers. I am confident I could easily go 6 months between applications, but I usually go overboard on most car related things, so I go with an every 4 month maintenance schedule. UPP is known for its incredibly tight beading and ultra slick attributes. When driving down the highway you will literally see the beads of water shooting off your hood. UPP beads and protects as or better than any sealant I have ever used. Finding a sealant that protects well is not all that hard to do. Finding a sealant that provides great protection/long term (4-6 months) durability and actually provides a carnauba wax glow and depth is a totally different challenge. This is where UPP stands head and shoulders above any other product on the market. UPP not only protects like a great sealant should, but it also has the depth and glow of a high quality carnauba. Two coats of UPP (applied 24 hours apart) on my black vehicles it looks very similar to 3-4 coats of Victoria Concourse Red (my favorite carnauba wax). The depth and glow are truly stunning. Even the most informed wax connoisseur will have a hard time telling if you have a sealant or a wax on your vehicle. There is absolutely zero "fake" plastic shine (think Zaino) with UPP. It genuinely provides carnauba depth and glow with the protection of a sealant. I personally have never used UPP on light colored vehicles (I have 3 black and one cherry red), but I guarantee you that you will not find a better sealant for use on dark vehicles if you want protection and depth.

Good product Bad batch
This is a good product. I’ve used it exclusively the last 10• years. And it’s not cheap. This last bottle of Four Star Ultimate Paint Sealant however had the consistency of water. I’ve waited too long to return it because I was using up the last of my previous bottle of Ultimate Four Star Paint Sealant. Not good.

... three months for the paint to dry completely- and love the effect
Just coated my new car - had to wait three months for the paint to dry completely- and love the effect. Run your hand over the paint now and it feels incredibly smooth. Just did a light clay rub prior to application, put on a very thin coat, waited 15 minutes and wiped it off. Took the car (2016 Miata LE) to a car show over the weekend and everybody commented on how glossy and deep the metallic red paint looked. Even the factory rep was impressed. Road dust and bugs wash right off the finish. The reason I bought Four Star Ultimate is that I looked on line at detailer's forums and checked out what they were using. Almost every auto detail pro uses some sort of polymer coating once they have cleaned and prepped the surface. And Four Star does quite well in their opinions. Some of them use a carnauba wax over the polymer surface for added depth, but waxes seem to really need a redoing every 3 months. Polymer coatings can be built up and last 1 to 2 years. I'm putting 5 coats on for long term protection. I'll most likely put a coat of P21s wax on the top for a true show shine. By the way, a bottle goes an incredibly long way, maybe enough for 25 cars, so share it with a few guys at the office, your brother in law, club members, etc.For the ultimate in car care check out AmmoNYC dot com. Weird consistency
Consistency was weird, not like what was purchased locally. Finished result was ok.

Holy fast shipping
I received this product ridiculously fast. It arrived at my door step less than 24 hours after ordering. I'm impressed with the sellers response time and USPS ability to move the package. As for the sealant - I have used it for a few years and nothing compares. It maintains a deep wet looking shine that lasts longer than any wax. It is much easier to remove than some sealants. When compared to other sealants, it is not the easiest to apply but it is absolutely the easiest paint sealant to remove. I would much rather have a product that is easy and simple to remove. The shine is unbeatable. The ease of use (application/removal/durability) is comparable to paint sealants that cost $20-30 more per bottle. This bottle will probably last a full year for the 4 cars I maintain. To anyone unaware - this product requires a clean surface before applying. A simple wash is not sufficient, you should both clay bar and at least lightly polish the car before application. This is the final step in a proper paint correction (or second to last if applying a wax on top).

This is the one!
I have used Four Star in all my cars since 2006. With each upgrade, the formula gets better and easier to apply. It leaves the finish better than new - even in the Arizona sun.Anything else is just a waste of time and money.

Best I've ever used - great all around product
Firstly, a little goes a long, long way. Second, it cures and wipes off easily after minutes, not hours, very little dusting. Finally, it provides a deep gloss and I even removes sap or tar specks found after washing/claying. How long it lasts depends on how often you wash and how aggressive the wash products. The price is very much offset by how far it goes, and the ease of application.
