They said it was new and sealed and that it had never been opened. However the box was clearly opened because the cards were all missing. (Clear box, can see they were missing). Luckily can return it.

So, for starters, the box had been opened. You could tell this by the fact that the sword was loose in the package, the figure was covered in dust INSIDE the package, and the codes were missing. Oh yeah, the codes were completely missing. So they lied about that. Don't waste your money on this. The cards weren't in great condition either. All-in-all, not a good buy.

This is not new, it's used.box was damaged, and prize code was used.If you want in game items, stay away. But if you want the figure, go for it.

Came with code as advertised. Good product.
