Not blaming Amazon at all, they are awesome as usual, firstly they replaced it when the window was closed and sent a new flask, immediately after one month it stopped working as normal and was getting hot from the exterior, I emailed the cello customer care and they started coming up with lame excuses with some liquids are not allowed like Milk etc. fine I am not using it for storing milk was using just for storing hot water for my infant's powder milk preparation, it server its purpose very well for a month and then suddenly stopped. On contacting the cello support they are continuously playing the delay tactics of pictures not clear every time and send it according to the sample blah blah…finally after frustration I had to send it to my father in Mumbai to physically take it to the service center and show them, their own pic has got some reflections but want no reflections in the customer's pic, how's that even possible? I mean come on if you want to a picture then there has to be some light present and some reflections correct? there is clearly NO DENT I the picture I have uploaded now, but still they are not accepting it and wants more clearer picture as per the sample attached? I am super frustrated with all this and hence decided not to go with cello anymore, you can imagine their fear when they have ZERO visitors posts on their Facebook page and when attempted the same on their FB page it was not cleared by the moderators and subsequently there are no posts as there are no happy customers at all I presume then.

Overall a good product cames with a bag so can be carried anywhere keeps the liquid hot for a long time no leakage

When we ordered through online we were scared untill we got this and saw this because of so many negative reviews were read but we took the risk and we bought it...yes it was a good risk that we purchased this and opened the flask.the flask is nicely kept inside a bag very attractive.first day itself we thought of putting hot water into the flask for that we followed the instructions which is mentioned in the card itself before using this whether we need hot or cold water we should wash the flask with the hot or cold water nicely.we pour the hot water inside and it lasted for 24 hours or more.which was tooo gooddddddd and really happy for this product.Pros:1.Design is perfect.Feels comfortable in your hand.2.Light in weight without water.3.No leakage of water from opening which you seen in flip lid flask.4.Heat retention is perfect.No issues at all whether it is cold or hot water.Works perfectly for 24 hours if lid is properly closed.5.Fully stainless steel,no glass is used inside.Cons:1.This Bottle does not comes with any carry case or holder as you receive in flip lid or plain lid flask.This is the only one disappointment.So.go for it without any hesitation.
