Coffee Obsession

Three star for torn cover paper. The hardcover and inside pages were alright so I kept it.. but it would have been better if they didnt send torn books.. information wise this is handy.. it covers all the basics about brewing and includes basic coffee recipies plus other recipies from different countries. Can't wait to try all the recipies~

Must for a coffee lover

fantastic book pitched at just the right level.gives you basic starter recipes for most brewing methods, lots of handy information on all the basics like where beans come from, processing methods, roasting methods, the importance of cleaning your stuff.really nice selection of recipes for drinks, some of them a little SB's but also some really nice little subtle gems.

If you are new to coffee, this is a great starter book for finding out more about coffee, origins, techniques and even has some recipes at the end. Well laid out with mix of short descriptions and high impact visuals.

Bought as a present for a coffee lover - think both of us will enjoy testing the recipes in this book and reading the information about coffee - nice little book.

Exactly what I wanted. Plenty of exciting new recipes to try, all step by step and easy to follow. Great for any coffee lover!

Brilliant book full of information

Very good book about coffee. We just bought coffee machine and wanted to know about perfect coffee, t's origins and how to make it. I would definitely recommend this book for beginners.

This is a must have for any coffee lover, and my personal favourite. Has almost every coffee style and recipe you can think of along with its history.

Interesting history and background. Lots of interesting recipies I would never have thought of before reading this book. Nervous I will now be drinking more coffee than I should!
