I ordered this item second time as the one I was using for 5+ years got burnt recently due to neutral break in MC box. Which resulted in double phase. I felt my TV & Settop box gone burnt. But I was lucky that fuse and circuit of extension cord took all the load of 440 volt and got burnt but saved both equipments on it.
