Replaced my initial filters after a year with these replacements. These filters were great except the R.O. membrane shipped was for 75 gallon output not the 100 gallon output. Contacted iSpring and Nick at iSpring sent me a 100 gallon RO very quickly along with a few extra connectors in case I needed them for compatibility between the 1/4" and 3/8" tubing. As always iSpring has very exceptional customer service.

I've reviewed some iSpring filters in the past and have been very impressed with both the quality and service from iSpring, this time was no different.This was a massive kit and included everything I need for 2 years along with 2 "VERY hard to locate in Canada" genuine Philips UVC bulbs, these work great in our 7 stage RO system and take out anything that the other stages miss.I've seen first hand how much crud is in our city pipes and it's nice not having a cup of water that smells like fish or has random rust and debris because the city forgot to mention they were ripping up water mains down the road. My biggest regret was not being serious about my water quality years ago. I have nothing but nice things to say about the guys at iSpring for helping to make our water safe and giving us the ability to get clean water out of aging and neglected city infrastructure that will get worse long before it gets better.
