Faulty product, but great after sales service
The product was faulty. Just opened it today, the water jar leaked water at the contact point. But the after sales is amazing ,Great job done by nettare team, thanks for the support.Looking forward to order again with u.Would recommend to others, make sure the first impression is better next time.

Poor after sales service and may be poor quality. Think before buying.
Bought it in october 2019.Worked very well for 3 months, than there was issue with water motor. Contected the supplier, they replaced the machine but not the jar. Now the issue is with jar, as water is leaking. Only reassurance from the Nattare people to do the needful at earliest but nothing done uet inspite of repeatedly rwminding them. Poor service on their part.
