i have ordered in Amazon on 2nd November, Amazon has delivered the product 1 day before the promised date & packed very well. Thanks to Amazon. Guys always i recommend you to choose Amazon for any online purchase because delivery is fast.Coming to the product, this is my 1st laptop with AMD processor & graphics. It rocks, believe me. Multi tasking is great & better than intel core i5. Running smoothly with out lag or hanging.It's my 1st Dell laptop & it's awesome.Dell customer support rocks 10 times better than other brands.Only drawback is graphics in this laptop is integrated not a dedicated one. In this case you can't play games in FHD settings. It has only 256 MB AMD vega graphics.If you are a light gamer, need good multitasking laptop blindly go for it guys. Believe me , AMD ryzen 5 is better than intel processor & cost effective.Guys ignore all negative reviews.At last Dell, Amazon, AMD rocks!!!!!

The product is awesome but the only and major problems is -1.The integrated graphics will use 4gb of ur 7.6 gb available memory ..2. Its CPU is good for gaming but not for running laptop. I mean it stucks too much3. U will not have any LED light on the laptop . U cant know even its running or have been shut down.

The media could not be loaded.  Before puchasing I missed the deal of the day for grey version of this one at 43k. Anyway I made my mind for black but, stop, the model no. mentioned in comparison section need to be updated as I got confused because of that. The model mentioned is I3 7th generatiob but name says Ryzen 5. So I called customer care and thanks to shoaib/faizul for helping me out with this. I got ryzen 5 with all same details mentioned in HeadLine. it has metallic finish plastic(see image). Sound is also acceptable/no woofer. battery is quite low.. around 4hrs. 1 day dont know at what setting it was showing 7hrs. On opening windows will talk to you... cortana... quite impressive, to setup things. Power cord pin is smaller than normal and round in shape. Will add SSD later, currently didnt felt so. One point I will highlight is.. the trackpad is positioned more on the left side which sometimes is not common on laptops. it is generally in the center. 15.6 inch is quite wide screen. laptop doesnt feel bulky anytime. back light keyboard is missing which would have been a plus. on time delivery and very safely delivered.

Bought this during offer time(Aug 2018) and on first day itself it crashed.Got it replaced which took around 1 month. experiencing same issue in that as well.And on multiple followup they asked to raise a service request with Dell.Even after their service issue persist.Crash issue, heating issue ,low battery backup This laptop gave a very bad experience and service from Dell.Please dont go with this laptop.

I bought on a dea day, for the price of around 36k.Upgraded with an ssd( 500gb, crucial) and added 16 gb ram. For that I had to remove the existing 4 gb slot. Then updated from Windows hime to pro. Works perfect now.If you are trying to use for a android development with emulators, go for intel.

Ordered it one week back...initially was restarting many time but after trouble shooting service provided by amazon it is working well good speed for average worker on word..excel ..videos and some gaming. Other sites its quoting at 47k..only one drawback I received piece manufactured in Mrach 18 so roughly 14 months old so may be price justifies it

Observations Till now- hd screen,polished metal look in black color,heavy,in accessible battery and RAM slot(u need to open whole back),fan makes noise,original windows 10,McAfeeWill give more inputs as I explore moreAccessories- charger+battery

The system hangs at times and the touch pad makes sound when being used. Seems like there is some sort of space/gap in the TouchPad.

It seems there is hardware problem that processor speed is not equivalent to Corei5 use.Very disappointed..

Reviews from people that just got the item are pretty worthless. I have used this laptop for 11 months now. It has been decent, but about a month ago, a little plastic piece just came out with the charger end when I unplugged it from the port. It doesn't charge easily now and when I inquired about changing the part, I was told that you can't change the part - you need to buy a whole new computer! What a horrible waste. I now have to trash this computer and move all of my stuff over to another and probably purchase all new software because a little plastic piece fell off.

Got this laptop to replace older Dell and have been happy with the brand for some years. This laptop was priced right, had everything I wanted: NO touchscreen (hate them), plenty of storage and RAM. It also has an optical drive for dvds and I'll probably use it occasionally. I like the fast speed, the crisp graphics and vids, the newest version of Win 10 which includes the old media player which I must have to work online. I'm used to it and don't use the Groove app.The first thing I did was to tweak a lot of the Windows 10 features. For example I widened the scroll bar. There are features to Win 10 that are simply annoying when compared with the old Win 7 which I loved. Anyway, one of the problems with this laptop was that my earbuds wouldn't work and the speakers sound horrendous and tinny. Ended up playing with drivers and fixing it all myself and now the sound is great.Two more things I wasn't happy with: this model doesn't include a power brick charger and for the money, Dell should include this always. I didn't know when I ordered this and wasn't pleased. The other thing is the touchpad and its annoying clicking sound when tapping the left or right lower portion. Yes---I realize we the users are supposed to learn how to tap above those areas to right click etc but it's hard to learn this. Please make the older type of touchpad in future Dells. It's such a small thing to make it more user-friendly.I can't give this 5 stars but 4 stars is at least a silver medal.

This is the worst computer I have ever owned, despite the usually reliable Amazon’s Choice. I have used Dell computers, for about 15 years, and they worked well (even in foreign countries), so when my last Dell crashed, I got another one. My friends recommended other brands for a variety of reasons, like support, speed, and new features, but I was a loyal customer. A few days after the 30-day warranty, I tried the SD port, and it was too small. I tried my other SD’s but the undersized port was the problem. I contacted Dell tech support, and they wanted to access my private computer files, but it was obviously a hardware problem, not software. They proposed that I send it to them for a few weeks to repair. Again, with all my private files, or find some way to download all of them and upload them when I get it back. And I need my computer every day. So they offered to send me parts, which “I can install.” Or I could pay somebody $40 + fees to install it. I said I want a new computer, even though I was a few days past the 30 days, and I had not checked the SD before then. They refused. I contacted the Dell Supervisor, who told me to resolve it with tech support. Their offer was unchanged after over a dozen email exchanges. I need a computer to save me time, not take up my time. I need to find another computer, like at the library, to download my SD’s. Also, the cursor does not work properly, keyboard problems, etc., which I have to make do with. I still want to get a new Dell, transfer my files, and I will return this one. It’s too bad that Dell has slipped down so far.

I returned the slower version of this machine. This one looks exactly the same, but has an intell multi core processor and is about twice as fast, for twice the money. I needed a windows machine for a specific program, and it works fine. Very easy to set up and get running. Very ‘Microsoft’. Too slow for a daily machine, it takes forever to boot and get going, but once up and running, it handles my program just fine. It would likely be OK if I’d never had a fast computer, but I could use this as an everyday machine.
