Prints will be safely shipped to you in a Cello sleeve inside a Bubble Mailer PRINT SIZE: 5x7 Prints are made to fit in an 5x7 frame or a 8x10 frame with an 5x7 mat. 8x10 Prints are made to fit in an 8x10 frame or a 10x13 or 11x14 frame with an 8x10 mat. PLEASE NOTE: When checking out you have the option of ordering a framed print, because we sell so many and deal with various distributors you will receive a black frame, FRAME STYLES MAY VARY. SHIPPING: Average production time for custom prints is 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days to receive your print. RETURNS AND REFUNDS: Returns and refunds are not accepted on custom orders. A custom order is an order that has personalization on it as a name or date, if there is an error on our part, no worries we take care of our customers 100% and we will fix the error and get you out a brand new print.
