I am not Smith, But I like AO Smith
This is my first review (manytimes I am hesitate to write reviews) I am writing for a product.I have to write it, because I am impressed the process of heating the product with in the short time.I loved the product.Really nice, the guys who can see my review, I am telling u can purchase it without any doubtThank You AO Smith. :)

Advice you to always buy 3000watts heating coil as in HSE SGS 015 for quick heating,
Advice you to always buy 3000watts heating coil as in HSE SGS 015 for quick heating,looks are very desirable and trendy,not like a giant silver color boiler hanging over our head in the bathrooms.After investing so much money on building or buying a home,its wise to invest on a trendy products like this one,Throughly satisfied.Bought it before a month during a sale in amazon for 9k,installed the AO Smith app,uploaded the serial number in the app,got the installation fixed on app,got a call within 15 mins and he came down next day to fix it for a charge of 800 for the installation and the rest accessories like water inlet and outlet at cost extra.No plastic burning smell or so after heating,am saying this since the panel is plastic.

Quickly heats water
I am loving this Water heater because:1. Quickly heats water, Water will be usable before you could brush your teeth.2. Retains the leftover hot water for the next day. If some water is left in it.3. I love using shower. As there seems to be not pressure difference when using this water heater.

INFERIOR PRODUCT by AO SMITH ,,WATER HEATER .
The WATER HEATER was supplied and when Connected ,And after 20 minutes ,There was a Sound and Spark coming from the Unit ,IN THE PRECENCE OF THE AUTHORISED MECHANIC JANARDANAN ,And Myself .The Fuse from my Electricity Board was also blown .On INVESTIGATIONS,The Mechanic JANARDANAN found that ,the Wires were Shorted and The THRMOSTAT was Aslo Not Working .He Took Photos of the AMAZON ORDER as well Heater Details .Still the INSTALLATION is pending .In my opinion the UNIT MUST BE REPLACED and Newone Installed .Thank you .

It's not 5 Star Bee Rating. It's 4 Star only. Please change the description. Apart from that, Everthying looks good. Installation is free from AO Smith in Hyderabad City.

Very good performanced product
Even if i turn on the gyser for nearly half a day the energy consumption is not much high as it has a auto turn off feature and it is easy to install if we find an efficient technican. Temperature control knob is working with identifiable change in water heat.

No installation at Andhra Pradesh if we were installed,warranty not applicable .with in a year heating element damaged.we don't get any warranty.andhra Pradesh people please conform and buy

Worst Product
Very bad product I received from Amazon.After the installation there is leakage from tank after repairing within a week there is problem with heating again and again. No appropriate staff available to give the solution.I will 0 star to this product and Amazon also for selling worst product. Very very bad experience for me. I wasted my money and time.
