There's not a lot of ways to carry extra shotshells with you out in the field...let's face it. You've got the nylon loop thingamajigs that go on the gun stock and they're OK when you've got nothing better. You've got the whole tactical vest thing going on if you want to look like Rambo with the same loop structure for the shells. And then I found these guys. Slides on your belt and quietly carries more shells than I'm ever going to shoot on a single hunt! And unlike the other options I mentioned, these do offer some significant protection from the unexpected rain shower! They'll carry several shotshells, but I bought two just in case the Zombies come around though! I think they hold a dozen each and how many shotshells do you really need for God sake? Good buy for the money, but get two just in case.

This ammo pouch is exactly what I wanted for a gift emergency bag for a family member. Everything seems very well made and the only thing I may worry about is the longevity of the elastic (like most elastic ammo straps) but we will see as time goes on. Very satisfied.

Perfect for carrying extra shells on those long small game hunts. You can put your belt through it and clip it shut and it stays shut amd holds ten 12 gauge shells.

Clip fell off before I got in the woods, don't waste your money.

The pouch is good and a good size to have in my pack. The shell loops inside are very snug and should last but the close strap on the outside is of dubious quality. The elastic strap for the faster buckle is very very stretchy and will likely be too loose soon. If that happens I’ll just put another elastic around it. But for the price it’s ok.

holds 10 12gauge or 20gauge shells, holds quite well on belt and excellent for hunting, wasn't dissapointed. stitches seem to hold up, for the price it works. ammo is easy to reach and to remove out of loops.

Fits the shells perfect. Stretch clip to close it into a wallet size. Has two button snaps to attach to the belt. I just use the clip though. Price is right.
