I can confirm (both Hardware and Software) that this is a USB 2.0 Hub and NOT USB 3.0 Hub. This is the third time I have been cheated by different sellers on Amazon by buying a similar looking product all claiming them to be USB 3.0 Hubs - but, in reality they are only USB 2.0 Hubs. I can now confirm that you will not get a genuine brand new USB 3.0 Hub for below Rs. 1200/-.Hardware Check============The Hub USB cable which goes into the Computer has only 5 individual wires - but, USB 3.0 will have 9 wiresSoftware Check============Device Manger + USB Controller ==> This Hub will display as a USB 2.0 HubUSB 2.0 Hub==========As a USB 2.0 Hub, this product works fine. I have tested all the ports and switches and there is no problem. If the price was a bit cheaper, I would buy as a USB 2.0 Hub for below Rs. 500/- (all inclusive) per piece.Note to the Seller=============Please check and test your products before you sell them. I agree that the Blue color and printed material on the package says that this is USB 3.0-but, open up the Hub and check the Hardware and you will know that this a USB 2.0 Hub. You can also check on Windows Device Manager for yourself to see that this will show as a USB 2.0 HubIf the seller is willing to offer me this product for Rs. 500/- then, I will purchase it as being a USB 2.0 Hub [OTHERWISE] I have no other option other than to return this product and buy a genuine expensive USB 3.0 Hub from Amazon from another seller.

It worked on some computers but failed on many other computers in my office. Nothing wrong with any of my computers.

Have been using this for over 6 months now.Pros:1. Individial switches for each port helps in using one device without unplugging the others. Also easier to disconnect-reconnect.2. LED lights help in knowing which ones are active.3. Good quality wire and connector.Cons:1. Not suitable for USB 2.0 since it wouldn't be able to send enough power to run all four ports on full capacity. It is easy to connect a 1 Amp DC charger to its power line through some DIY trickery (Would void warranty). Not sure if it would work at full even in USB 3.0, since it has four leds in it, drawing more power.2. The switches and LEDs are very low quality. 2 of the four LEDs are already out. Without the LEDs, it is difficult to tell if a port is active or not, since the on-off switch positions are very similar.

Having been used for less than two months, it can be only said that it works so far and with out any problem. The output is sufficient to charge a smart phone but it will be slow.The one star is removed because the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. The buttons work but every time they are presses, one can't help but wonder 'will this be the last time this works'.

Although the product is extremely useful if you've too many usb devices, and you don't want to hunt at the back of your PC, it is not USB 3 like it's advertised. Otherwise, it does the job. The on off switches are very useful and the cable length is also the same as mentioned in the specifications.

Ok, there are two versions of this being sold by the same company, this one is the 1.2m version while the other one is 30cm version, also the product is good for its price, all ports are usb 3.0

The Amaaazing product causes the quality of the cable is very good and it is USB 3.0 as described.Totally recommend and I think in this price range you should get it cause sooner or later you need it.

Product is excellent but earlier product ordered was from other website and was not functioning and then from you I bought it was ok but external hard disc was not functioning now its functioning thanks a lot
