Healthy Snack for Low Carb Diets but Not for Keto
I have a huge sweet tooth, so I am always looking for ways to reduce sugar in my diet or substitute unhealthy snacks/desserts with cleaner ones. These RXBARS have really helped curb my sweet cravings by giving me sugar in a healthier form (NO ADDED SUGAR, and no sugar substitutes/sugar alternatives, which work well but aren't always tasty and can cause bloating, etc.). The carbs (23g) from these bars comes from the dates used, which are naturally very sweet, but also contain a lot of fiber in them, thus reducing the net effect of the carbs (13g sugars, 5g fiber). Also has a good amount of protein (12g) and fat (9g; 2g saturated, no trans) which is a great ratio as well for good body fuel. Note that there is a decent amount of sodium considering the size of the food (260mg, which for someone on a low sodium diet, which really we should all be on, ie. < 2000mg of sodium, to prevent hypertension among other diseases, this can be a big chunk). I know it works with the overall palate of this food, ie. sea salt chocolate, but I do wish there was a lower salt version. And speaking of chocolate, there are small pieces which helps flavor and makes it feel more like a candy/treat to help with cravings as well. This will most likely keep you out of Keto, so not good for people doing that, but is a great overall snack for low carb diets. There are 210 calories per bar, which is also a decent chunk, but when compared to other bars or the alternative treat/dessert, it's pretty good, but it also means that it keeps you full (especially with the fiber so drink water with it!) which can help curb bad snacking as well. So overall, great taste, great texture (chewy bar like) and good nutrition profile so this is a winner in my books and will continue to be a staple in my diet! Would def recommend!

Deliciously Addictive
The private gym I went to sells these, and they are a really wonderful snack for pre- or post-workouts, or really just any time. See, that's the problem. Here I am, trying to lose weight and get swole and yet I somehow got addicted to these absolutely delicious proteins bars. The ingredients are premium and all natural, which is great. The taste is literally the best bar I've ever eaten, unhealthy candy bars included. Out of all their flavors, this is by far my favorite one. So if you do pick these up, just know going into it that you will get addicted to them, and you'll have to develop some self-discipline not to eat six of them a day, as I started doing, ha!

These taste great!!!
I love these bars. The minis are the perfect size to drop in my backpack and go! They taste great and are not normally messy to eat.I think these may have gotten hot during the shipping process, because they left an oily film on my fingers when I took them out of the wrapper. I have purchased them before from a local market and know that is not the normal state.This did not, however, detract from the flavor. They were still delicious!

Husband loves these
Great on-the-go snack size for people who don’t want the full-size bars. My husband loves them. One thing I didn’t like was the selection. We received 2/3 peanut butter and sea salt, but wanted more of the blueberry and coconut flavors. Not worth returning so I’m going to have to donate or gift them.

Great to hold you over for a while.
While I've tasted many of the flavors of RXBAR, the chocolate sea salt is my favorite (and I'm not even a huge fan of chocolate. Blueberry is also great).I have cut back my calories (NOT dieting, just eating better and consuming a normal amount of calories so I can be healthier and not a fatty), and these have become my lunch. I am a little hungry between the bar and dinner, but it works well to hold me over until I can use all my daily caloric intake on a big dinner, which is much more gratifying than grazing on junk all day.The lower intake at lunch also prevents the lunchtime brain drain from happening because I'm not blogging my brain down with a bunch of junky ingredients and carbs and starches etc.Simple ingredients, so I'll eat them simply.

Just the Right Size for a Bike Riding Snack
I've been concerned about how much sugar I'm getting from eating some full-sized bars while road bike riding as an enthusiastic recreational rider. I'm getting carbohydrates, sugars, salts, and other other nutritional minerals in the hydration sports drinks, so I really don't have a need to overdo it with the bars. After taking a very close look at the ingredients, and doing a side-by-side chart of nutritional value of other bars, I chose this brand to have as my go-to snack during rides lasting longer than two hours. They taste great, chew easily, store in my bike shirt back pocket easily, and there is a nice, tasty variety in the variety pack.

Best snack
I was introduced to these by a friend when we were traveling in Europe, and they were a life saver when food wasn't available. I've decided to keep them as a regular snack now that I'm home because they are easy to carry with me. I love the flavor of these, but there are other flavors too. All that I have eaten have been good, but these are my favorite. And, I feel like it's a healthy snack with healthy ingredients. It's worth the price.

My go-to pre-workout bars!
I have one of these bars every morning before my morning workout session! Unlike other low-calorie bars, it doesn't leave me hungry. They taste and feel much more substantial than other 100-calorie bars I have tried. It doesn't leave me wanting more after I eat it and it can push me through an hour+-long workout! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
