SuperMoss (21722) Reindeer Moss Preserved, Natural, 8oz (200 cubic inch)

This is perfect for decorating the rods on orchid plants, the base so it looks lovely. It is also great for regular indoor pot plants or combining pot plants together with decorative items so that the "works" doesn't show in the bottom. I use it regularly for all sorts of touch up things.

I previously bought a bag of the mango colored moss from another vendor on Amazon and needed a little more to finish my project. Wish I had ordered from this vendor the first time - this bag has more moss and the clumps are much larger - for the same amount of $$, and this was also faster shipping! In addition it looks like probably less sticks and debris in this one. (The attached photo with the plant has the smaller clumps of moss from the other vendor.) Highly recommend!

The moss I wish was softer and the pink more saturated. The pink I got looked almost dark in spots which wasn't expected. I ordered the purple if this as well and the purple was great. Almost looks like dye from brown or purple got into the pink, but who knows.

Expected a larger bag, but this preserved moss is a good product. Clean and spongelike.

The moss is very light and fluffy . It's a great way to finish off an indoor potted real or faux plant. The colour is exactly as pictured. There is a slight odor that wears off quickly. I'm very sensitive to odors, this didn't bother me at all. I've used this before for Christmas wreaths and centerpieces, even in the boughs of a real Christmas tree. This is a quality product..a little seems to go a long way.

I make mini Dachshund diorama keychains and personalized paw print keychains, the underwater theme is the paw pads side, dogs picture with be on the front, the 2 unfinished will have resin and holographic background, this makes for very real looking underwater plants…really good stuff, good quality, I’ve had it for months and just opened tonight to use, and it’s perfect…would definitely recommend it..

I wanted to make something for a business using their logo and decided this was what I was looking for. The moss was easy to use and soft. It wasn't exactly clean, but it was easy to pick the bits out and since it is a relatively natural product, the bits were to be expected. It did dry out and get hard on a low humidity day, but when the humidity came back it was very soft again. I'm sure a spritz of water will remedy this in the future. (I live in a desert, it WILL get dry again.)My one complaint, which is partly my fault, was that the bags don't all match. I bought several bags the first time and ran out and then bought several more. You can probably see in the pictures a 1/4 of the picture is lighter than the other portion. In person it's far less noticeable thank goodness, and I'll probably be the only one that really knows unless I point it out. But just as a warning - purchase enough to complete the project, or make sure you do it randomly enough that if you purchase more, it won't be such a stark difference. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again if I make more.I'll buy more from here again.

We wanted a fun moss wall for our office and got several bids from companies all in the $2000-$3000 range. We decided to DIY it ourselves and spend $200 on the box of moss and $200 on the custom frames. We could not be happier with our decision or the moss itself, we get SO many compliments. It has been in our office for about 6 months now and has not experienced any changes to it's appearance. Since we are located in the Midwest, we get crazy weather sometimes when the seasons change. We have noticed that the moss gets hard, but after a quick water mist it is back to normal (we have only had to do this a handful of times). All the moss pictured in the frames here is only about HALF of the moss that was in the box so we have plenty of leftover.

Moss was much darker and a different colour than the photos. Pieces look like shredded cardboard, not chunks like the picture. Also has large pieces of wood chips and sticks in it for some reason, which aren’t great for decorating with. Bought them for plant arrangements but rarely use them because of the texture. Package was also very small

It was not as described. We were expecting more lime green and got the muted silvery green color. And for the price, description was 3bags of... but we only received one bag. And that’s way too$$ for the amount. Returning.

Because of the consistent colouring, if you want variation in colour, you will need to purchase another shade of green

Very soft and the colour is a beautiful light green !
