I found God in a grocery store bathroom stall.
OMG-Let’s just say-This stuff really works and could change your life.I started the program on a Thursday in anticipation of needing to remain close to home and a bathroom over a long weekend. My first mistake was under-estimating the amount of toilet paper I would need-I figured one roll a day and I had 5 rolls to get me through 4 days. By Saturday morning, I was out of TP so I jumped into the shower, my 5th shower in 2 days, and drove the 20 minutes to a grocery store. I knew it was risking maneuver as I’d been hitting the toilet every 20 minutes but I felt like things had progressed through my system and was slowing down-This was my 2nd mistake. As I approached the grocery store, I felt a gassy bubble approaching my exit and started feeling a little uncomfortable. I got out of my car and when I did, things started shifting internally and that little gassy feeling felt like a full on avalanche approaching. As I walked into the grocery store, I started looking for the restroom-which of course was in the back of the store up a flight of stairs. I briskly walked towards my goal and by the time I reached the back of the store, I was walking like The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. My 3rd mistake was thinking that I would be able to relieve some pressure by letting out a little “gas”-That was not gas. At the base of the stairs and the restroom only 20ft away, I took one step up and that was enough to break the dam of fecal hell. That gassy feeling was not gas at all.At this point, I had nothing to lose and sprinted into a stall. As I sat there an absolute mess in a graffiti ridden, grocery store bathroom stall, I started reflecting on my life’s decisions and what led up to this moment of utter embarrassment. It was at that moment, that I found god. I sat there, not quite in tears, praying for a change of life style-asking god for forgiveness for my sins. I started thinking of the dog that I gave away when I couldn’t responsibly take care of him, the girlfriend I cheated on in college, and other life regrets. After about 20 minutes, and another round of colon discharge, I got myself together only to run out of toilet paper again-My sincere apologies to the Kroger store in VA as I had to use hand towels to clean up, tossing my underwear in the trash and clogging the toilet. My last mistake, which was technically my first mistake, was wearing grey sweat pants and not wearing a baseball hat to hide my shame. Needless to say, I was able to buy 2 of the largest packs of TP and head home where the cycle continued for the next 2 days.I lost 7lbs in 4 days.I recommend-Stocking up on TPRemain close to a bathroomHave your laundry completed with extra towelsDrink lots of waterIf you have to leave the house, pack a suit case of cleaning materials and backup clothesWear a hat if you leave the house-It just feels right and could be used in an emergency

My Holiday Cleansing Log... or logs...
I recently started my 14 day cleanse hoping to start the new year 'fresh' and purge all the bad build up from the year/holiday. I have followed the directions and am consuming more water then it requires but I normally do. I will update my progress as time allows. I take it before bed (9:30 pm) so Day 1 its technically the next day. I started while I was off for the holidays so that I could get a handle on the experience before meshing it into my work life. I normally go once a day in the AM 5 days a week. I will update this as things progress. Here goes:Day 1 - No noticeable cramping. I actually missed my normal 'morning window'. But about 10:30 am it was show time. Much larger than normal but solid. The smell was pretty bad. I guess it’s the loosening up stage. Went a total of 3 times the last being running with lots of pressure behind it.Day 2 - Still no cramping. The Gas has set in. I can clear a room. I went all morning without a movement, I was just 'venting'. I took other people advice and make sure I did not fire anything off without being in the bathroom. Made it through the whole day with no bowel moments other than lots of gas.Day 3 - Woke up at 7 am with moderate cramping ready to go. I had a good deal or darker colored stool at first. The smell is like nothing I have ever had come out of me and I am an avid Mexican food consumer. I was in the bathroom for 20 mins (15 mins of action and 5 mins to finish angry birds). While I was washing my hands I had to go back in for another round. The stool was loose and lighter colored the second time. I went 6 times through out the day. There seemed to be mucus like 'stuff' laced throughout the loose logs. Like the colons version of tinsel on a tree.Day 4 - I again hit the bathroom half awake at 7 am with mild cramps. I almost made the mistake of letting gas vent in bed. Wow am I glad I didn't. I no sooner hit the seat before my body let out what is best described as a chocolate shotgun blast. This prompted a shower after. I have noticed a good deal of oily film on the water. I hope the smell means that my body is getting rid of this stuff and not reacting to the formula. Day 4 is in the books with 5 movements. Most of which were urgent requiring a fast paced duck walk to the nearest bathroom. Frequent gas 7/10 on the funk scale...Day 5 - Went right after my first cup of coffee. I was all some what solid and it was less urgent this time. Still producing a large volume of the 'tinsel turds'. I have been drinking 6-8 bottles of water a day and have definitely noticed that I am thirsty all the time. I have also noticed that I am ravenously hungry. I am sticking to small healthy meals (chicken breast and fresh veggies). I made it through the day with only one movement. The Gas has definitely been the most extreme today that it has been. I am not sure how I am going to do this at work. I am basically a walking crop duster. 11/10 on funk scale. I am also down 5 lbs from day 0.

These DO work!
Soooo! i took these at the end of may and i am just getting to the review. this is also the only review ive written for stuff on amazon because it's the real thing that matters.after i read the reviews, i realized this was the right product for me. for the first few months of the year i was just having stomach problems with a lot of bloating, a bit of indigestion and as a result, it was harder to get some moments going ( if you catch my drift). i'd make a visit once every 2 or 3 days and it was annoying. i felt terrible. now i am going almost EVERY day and sometimes more than once. thats never happened before.the first morning after was interesting. like how i read, it takes about 8 hours to get thru and my god was it right. i went to bed at 11pm and by 6am it was grumbling and i knew it was time. took my ass to the bathroom and let it runs its course. the emptying of my bowels was def not a new feeling but this is from a different reason. i didnt see god but i did get lightheaded. i was slouching a bit and getting quite comfy. i didnt make a huge mess which i guess is good. i went back to bed and made another visit 2 hours later. one thing i didnt know was whether i should/could eat on the cleanse. i had a light lunch just in case it was gonna be going thru fast. went to bed that night and popped another pill. the results next morning wasnt as crazy and easier to manage.for the few days to follow, i kept it light and didnt go crazy with my food intake. 2-3 weeks like i was feeling so much better!! i was able to digest food better/easier and even the poop looked better. a month and half has gone by and i am so happy.i'll prob take another round after labor day to give it a nice clearning.

Start with 1 pill. Methane sibo be gone!
I didn't listen to the other reviewers, nothing would make me fully “evacuate” for the past year and a half. So I took 2. Many things led to this but I think high anxiety and depression literally made me sick. Oh but I also passed a 3 ft worm last summer. My Dr doesn't believe me but I saw its suction cup mouth and had to pull it out of my **** so can confirm from the trauma. Anyways something was still off. After an inconclusive colonoscopy I demanded a test for Sibo. (the Dr lost it and went off on me) I literally cried and said if nothing was wrong why am I in constant pain and can't use the bathroom? Test camback positive. Antibiotics didn't work. So have been trying to eliminate it myself with antimicrobials. Methane Sibo slows your motility and everything just gets stuck and ferments. With the fermentation comes horrible blaoting and trapped gas. Your body becomes a toxic waste pool. On to my experience.Experience with Dr tobias cleanse;I popped 2 pills at 8 pm and went night night around 11. Woke up at 3 am and could not believe the stomach cramps. Luckily made it to my porcelain throne where demons were expelled from my body. This happend about 3 more times and I was finally able to go back to sleep around 5 am. I continued with 2 and by day 3 I thought I was gonna die if I took anymore. Took a break and my bloating and constipation came back. I decided to just take one and see what happens. With one you will still go 3-4 times through out the day bit it will not be as extreme HOWEVER this is coming from someone who has been trying to eradicate methane sibo for a few months now so my system is much different than a normal persons. I just ordered my second bottle and will continue it for another month and see what happens. I have felt so much better. I'm hoping if I can go long enough without getting constipated the methane levels will go away. I do have to mix in a no bloat vitamin. Olly’s is great. Currently taking Zenwise “no bloat”. Be sure to drink plenty of water and always be close to a bathroom. I shall continue my experiment. I'd rather go 4 times a day than be in pain.

DO NOT SNEEZE OR COUGH
Took it at bedtime on a Friday. Cleansing after summer hill days and food rich gatherings left me feeling bloated and pregnant, I’m. 60,, Movements began at 7am. A lot of mild to moderate cramps. Have wipes handy as TP will chafe your noo noo raw. Tip: Move your body gently after you wake up and between toilet visits. Walk around the house, make little circles w ur hips, left to right back and forth etc …for me it helps mobilize things along after being horizontal all night. When SITTING on toilet, relax, and lean forward, lean back, side to side, and lastly (this tip is gold) pull a public restroom technique and hover or stand on top of bowl for a more “direct” evacuation. I feel this give the intestine many options to flush things out. We ladies are used to bad cramps, the guys will get to feel what period cramps are like from mild to severe. They will also be able to experience a fraction of the pain and discomfort during child birth ( child b being 1,000,000 times more painful guys!) Do not sneeze, cough or release ANY gas unless you are on the toilet. This is my day 1 and already feel better but I will not do more than 3 days of detox at a time.
