Best Quality product , No 1 .
I think I have purchased it 4 years back , quality is awesome , very safe , and very fast heating . Also water will warm up to 8 hours even after switching off

Great product, hassle-free operation over years, costly installation
I was a little irritated that i had to pay extra for installation. Plus I wasn't sure the installation was great - the company has replaced the support plates with 2 large screws in their design which seems flimsy and less stable for a heavy unit, but the geyser has now been installed for several months without any problem. Have not used this machine much since installation, however. But we have been using AO Smith water heaters in all our bathrooms over several years now, and they are really quite fuss-free. No trouble so far.

Great water heater ...would recommend it
Great water heater with good heat retention.... The only question is that ao Smith could have provided better/more convenient slot design for mounting the geyser ....also mount screws and pipes have to be purchased and are not provided with the geyser...got it for rs 8000 during the Diwali sales 2018 for the 25 litre model.
