It stopped charging my brush after a week.The unit also did not fit my brush well. It was a bit too large/tight fitting.

The item has arrived but I'm deeply dissatisfied with it! Despite the fact it has several superficial scratch marks all over it (as if it was used before), it doesn't have any electrical safety standards logo (CE, UL, TÜV SÜD, etc) to certify it doesn't impose a fire hazard; the label on the bottom of the unit (which is written all in Chinese characters) leads to think the item sent is either 220V only (and obviously doesn't work in Canada) or the unit is defective as it doesn't charge my device (which is in the compatibility list btw).The listing states clearly that the item's operating voltage range is 110V-220V, but the Chinese label under the device says only "220V~". Anyway, the item looks like sub-par quality; as previously used (not brand new) and doesn't work as intended.Save yourself the frustration and don't buy this piece of crap. I'm in contact with the seller in a try to find a way to resolve this issue.

Got it today, but it show me only can use 220V!!! waste my time and money!! I don't know why they sale this in the North America.
