Cat Hooded Litter Loo Tray - Carefully Designed For Comfort And Functionality - Integrally Moulded Clips, Filter, Handle And Swing Door

I have tried to resolve this privately with the seller, however I have been asked for photo evidence of the issue I have had. 1 day after receipt one of the plastic hinges broke on the litter tray flap - a assume it must have been a defect on this one as I hadn't seen many previous complaints from other customers. Unfortunately there appears to be nowhere I can upload and send pictures other than here... so I hope we can resolve this easily (could you simply send a replacement door/cat-flap rather than mess around with returning and replacing the entire thing)?Other than the door issue, you can assemble eventually with some fiddling and clean, so all okay for the low price.Would have given 4 star if not for the delicate/defective hinges.

My cat has never been a fan of going in a cat basket but he uses this fine. I used just the bottom half for the first couple of weeks then added the top without the flap. A couple weeks after that I put the flap on and he has always used it fine

This is the 2nd one I've purchased as I was happy with the first one. Unfortunately, the lid on this one doesn't fit properly. It will not clip on. Lid seems too small. I've used the lid from the first one (which wasn't in use) I purchased to avoid sending this one back. Hence I've given 3 stars.April-ordered a 2nd one. Lid fits ok on this one, BUT there's a bit of a knack to fastening it on tightly. Also noticed with this one that the lid only just covers/fits the back end of the tray, the lip isn't deep enough, hence cat litter can spill out at the back when cat is inside kicking over the litter. Design fault methinks. Due to the above niggles I wouldn't buy another.

I love this litter tray so much that I bought another. Looks nice, easy to clean and no awkward grooves or seams to clean. The only criticism is that the slot fir the carbon filter is so shallow that it's difficult to feed new filters through. I just tape them on top now.

I cant really give a great review as when ir arrived all the clips where broken but apart feom this it looks like it would have been a great cat lit tray with deep base so your cat can go to town on the scratching without it flooding onto the floor

This tray is, ostensibly, ideal for a cat. It is of a type of which there are a number very similar. The problem is removing and securing the upper part. On this model the upper part is secured to the tray by aligning the inserts with gaps in the lips on the tray and sliding the lid along. This has not proved as easy as it sounds and one has to avoid trying to lift the upper lips to clip the lid as the plastic can fracture as ours did. Clipping the lid on and removing it is not as easy as with other similar trays, hence only 3 stars, as once fitted the tray does the job, but it can be an effort doing so.Also, be careful not to snap the lugs holding the flap in place. These can snap.

When the product arrived it seemed fine. However it became quickly clear that the top of the litter tray did not fit properly. As I tried to fit it the plastic clasp snapped making it now impossible to fit the top. In addition, my cat does not like a ‘flap’. I had tried to remove this and this also immediately ‘snapped’. Very disappointing!!

This hooded litter tray is excellent. It has greatly reduced the amount of litter that my cat was chucking out, compared to his old tray. I have to mention that the lid on mine doesn't clip on securely to the base. BUT IT DOESN'T NEED TO. The top simply lifts up to allow cleaning of the litter. I am so pleased with this tray I'm going to purchase another for the cat to use in our caravan.
