Fits multiple multitools
Bought this to carry a Gerber mp400 as the old sheath was worn out. Surprisingly it fit mu Gerber MP 400, Gerber MP 600 and even my Leatherman Mut. I was hoping the side elastic would fit a small AAA flashlight but it wont fit the tool and the flashlight together. Not a deal breaker for me. Overall quality seems good. I added a blade tech molle clip to the back for belt carry.

Small but nicely designed and well constructed
Well built and can be mounted to your gear in a number of ways. Turns out it's just too small for my use (5.5 inch Fenix PD35), so I'll likely be returning it. I had hoped the flap would be long enough to curve over the light and provide sufficient contact between the two velcro sides. Unfortunately it only gave me about an inch of contact, which was not enough to hold the light to my satisfaction. I tried it with my (shorter) Surefire e2e and it fit perfectly. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the velcro is not as tenacious as what Maxpedition uses. That said, I think it's enough for smaller items. In the end, if I needed a small pouch, this one would be the one I'd use.

Quality and Versatility
My leatherman Wave+ came with a basic nylon sheath. This one has a lot more mounting options (molle, belt loop traditional, belt horizontal) and with the snap strap, you don't have to pull your belt off and thread it thru, you can just snap the strap over your belt. Additionally, it comes with a removable D ring, which give you a bunch of other ways to carry, including a lanyard, carabiner... etc. This is constructed from Cordura fabric, and looks like its going to be a solid long term performer. Update: also has small elastic pocket on either side, which is great for something a small flashlight & extra AA battery.

Velcro doesn’t hold very well
It is smaller than I hoped and the Velcro doesn’t hold very well. Didn’t work for me maybe for you it will work better.

Seems to be very sturdy and well-made
Seems to be very sturdy and well-made. I use it with a Gerber MP600 and the additional bit set, and while they can both be... uncomfortably inserted? but it'd be nice if there was a little bit of extra available space. The elastic on the sides could accommodate a pen or small wrench, maybe a Barbie-sized erotic aid, maybe a tight roll of bill, but not much more. The strap for attaching to MOLLE wasn't the most cool thing ever, but it certainly works.

Fits a Leatherman multi tool 300
I purchased this because it was an narrower then all the other multi tool MOLLE pouches I could find. Takes up less room on my hip belt. Velcro is not the strongest, maybe it will improve with use. Gets the job done though. Would buy another one.

Nice Sheath
This is a nice sheath and fits my Leatherman Rebar perfectly! I've gone through several including the Leatherman large MOLLE sheath which was way too big for the Rebar. Although the fit is perfect, the stitching is a little irregular and the top flap does not line up perfectly parallel to the sheath. It's not a major fault but it is noticeable. I expected better quality control from Hazard 4.

excellent pouch if you have something that will fit it
This is the only hazard 4 piece i've gotten that I'm not totally thrilled with.I originally got this for my multi tool (Letterman wave) & driver bit set. The multi tool fit but not with the bits.So I tried my 2xAA Maglight, & it is to long, finally tried a 1xAA flashlight, & it fits, but the ridges on the flashlight (which in this case are very large) get hung up on the bottom of the elastic that makes up the sides of the pouch, making it difficult to remove. The quality is excellent, but (at least for me) it just misses the mark for what I thought it can be used for.

Nice little pouch, buuut....
Perfect size for a pocket folder (bought this as a replacement for my bulky leather buck case), but not large enough to be used horizontally. Can be used vertically by fiddling with the molle strap to make a psuedo-belt loop though.Found the velcro to be too weak to reliably hold my knives in though, smaller knives were popping the velcro open, or even just picking my shirt up to access the pouch was catching the velcro and ripping it open.Overall, not the best for the purpose that I wanted, but it's a nice little pouch that I'm sure I can find another use for.

Perfect for Leatherman Super Tool 300
I bought this pouch to replace leatherman's version, as the hook and loop failed after a short period of time.My Leatherman super tool 300 fits perfectly with full closure of the pouch flap. This was a bit of a gamble at the time of purchase after reading a number of negative reviews regarding the size of the pouch. This looks like a sturdy quality product but so did the other one. I'll up it to 5*s if it lasts longer than the leatherman version.

VERY SMALL but excellent holster/pouch
As with all Hazard 4 gear I've used, the Mil-Koala is build very, very solidly (as "solid" as fabric can be!) with a tonne of great features.Be aware though: photos don't give a good sense of how SMALL this holster is: the whole pouch fits in the palm of your hand. With the velcro flap pulled up all the way so only a bit of it is attached, you get 4.75 to 5-inches of usable length, TOPS. That's it. Anything longer than that will prevent the velcro from fastening so be sure this is long enough to accommodate your gear.A typical, 18650 powered tactical light probably won't fit but the shorter ones like the Nitecore MH20 do.It's designed for typical tactical, hand-held flashlights (or, as the literature says, a pistol magazine or multitool) without giving too much wiggle room. The flap has enough velcro to adjust for the length of your light. The elastic webbing that keeps the front and back of the pouch together is actually double layered. The point of this is that you can slide either the clip from the flashlight between these two layers to help secure it and/or use the layers to secure another accessory, for example, a smaller pen light with clip, or even a battery in a dedicated plastic battery case with clip. Smart feature. The stitching is excellent, bordering on overkill and should last many, many years without letting go and the MOLLE/PALS strap and buttons on the back are thick, strong, high quality. The interior is padded to avoid abrading whatever you put in this.If you've got gear that would fit in this, go for it; just be aware, your gear had better be small. Excellent
This is designed to carry spare mags but i purchased it to use for my multi tool. I wasn't sure that it would work but for the price......Turns out, it is the perfect size to hold my Leatherman securely and the MOLLE system allows me to easily attach it to my tactical backpack
