the item is very thick and heavy ( a good quality for metallic pan) does the job very well... easy to clean.some saying it looks odd with the handle but its not true completely. it looks decent not 5 star type but yeah looks are good enough for middle class family kitchen.

Product seems to be Ok for the money paid and expected little better quality though.Product seems to be smaller than expected, Pay attention to the capacity. It is 1L capacity.The pan and the handle comes separately. You will have to assemble yourself. The product looks odd after assembling the handle.Not a great quality but Ok for the money paid.

1. Received a pan with half covered handle, so i need to ensure i pick it from right place to avoid my hands from burning. The insulated handle that you see is what was expected, where as i received a handle with 2 rods moulded and folded round at one end, and other end rivetting at 2 joints on the pan's body. This moulded rod based handle was not covered with full insulation. I did not return it as I had forgotten what had i ordered actually.When i burnt my hand, then only i checked this order and realized i had been sent a different product at all.2. The copper base is too thin and too low for the size of pan. It does not save pan from burning the pan's body. I was re-heating milk in the pan at full heat on gas stove and the pan's body got burnt to black within a minute. This indicates copper base was not able to save pan from burning, it was too thin and the quality of steel is also not good that is why it got burnt within a minute on full heat.Recommendation to buy - Ok at this price of less than 200 Rupees, but before signing the receipt of product, open website/app and verify that the product ordered and received are same or not.

The vessel is not stable when empty.Its handle is too long and weighty to tilt the pan when empty.Basic flaw.

Using it for a while bought it 5 months back and the handle is really good and material of the product is also really good.

Very well designed. Very good for 1litre water or 3/4 litre milk. Handle does not get hot at all. Wish 2 steel nuts were provided for long term.

Such a small volume!! As per the pic, I thought about 5 - 6 cups of tea can be prepared at once. After receiving it, I realised that even to cups will be difficult. Waste of money.

Received this product with a broken handle. Asked for a replacement. The pan is robust however the quality of the plastic handle is questionable!
