Nice simple story for 2+ kids

My son loves it. A good book.

Wanted to give the book to my grandson but the front and back pages were ripped and it had been drawn in by the previous owner. Although I appreciate it was not a new book the quality was beyond poor.

It arrived next day which I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter asked me to buy this book after hearing it at nursery. A bit pricey for the quality. I know it was sold as used but I thought it would be in a slightly better condition. There was a page ripped out and selotaped back in and chocolate finger prints. I was disappointed when I opened it but my daughter sees past all that and enjoys me reading it to her.

I had a large collection of these books when my eldest daughter was small. I now have four great grandchildren and am re-collecting them. Well, loved nursery tales, well written for the young and nicely illustrated, icons from a bygone age. The price is very modest, too, and the ones I have so far are barely marked

This is a book from my childhood and I use it as a teaching aid with regard to listening skills and answering questions about the story. It is a delightful story of a bully being put in his place. Children will love this being read to them, and then they can begin their own reading of this wonderful short story.

Quick delivery and good quality book as described. Would recommend.
