Size and style is good. The inner portion, the one that slides in and out of the nostril does not have a smooth finish. It scratches the skin as you wear or remove the nos nose pin. Very uncomfortable. I filed it down with my file and tried to make it a little more smooth. An able to wear it now. Looks good once worn. But too much hassle.
