Best business phone pair with PDA or Ipod-touch...
Pro:-With its call quality, super long battery life, very good signal, it became the most reliable cell phone.(Its call quality is way better than iPhone, Android, and Windows phone.)-Very good pocket size.-The phone is very stable, I don't have any issue for the past 2 months since I get it. But you must update it to the newest firmware.-Free GPS around the world, the GPS is fast (2-8 seconds to pickup the gps signal and start working), include text-to-speech function.-Super loud and clear speaker at the back. (You won't be missing any call due to low volume ringtone any more)Con:-It's lack of touch screen.-Screen is small.-OVI isn't as user friendly as Apple OSX and Android.-Camera is in mid-high quality that lack of auto-focus.Other thought:-I pair it with my iPod touch 4g, so that I can benefit both sides.(Best phone function and very good PDA function)with 2 batteries.-Highly recommend if you want a reliable business phone and pair it with another multi-media or PDA device or iPad or tablet...

Faulty handset. Possible fake. Avoid seller.
There is a possibility that it's a fake clone. After a few days of normal usage, some keys started acting strangely, like there is a short somewhere. Pressing a button, would make the phone do random things, go in random menus. This occurred from time to time and it started getting more and more often. Now I cannot even write a couple of words in a text without the phone going crazy. Please note that I have been taking care of the phone. No moisture, no shocks, no damage. Also, for T-Mobile US, this only works with Edge. No 3G connection. Probably some lock on the phone. The seller is covered as it's clearly stated as this is without US warranty. Had it been working, this would have been a very good phone. If looking for one, please avoid this seller.Edit: I opened it up and the phone was filthy dirty inside. Refurbished, old, used parts. It even had a manual repair on it (a small wire soldered to fix a broken trace probably). To be clear again, this was sold by: Scharter Store. Avoid them at all costs. Scammers!

Sleek device and free GPS navigation!
I love the E52! It is sleek and stylish, especially for a smart phone. Leaving out a QWERTY keyboard keeps the device small and lightweight, but all the features keep you in touch. ITU keyboard is plenty for me and leaves more room for a good screen size. Now that Nokia gives free navigation in 50+ countries on this phone it is one of the best devices ever made.

steer clear
I "upgraded" to this model after using an E51 for several years and completely regret it. The E51 was solid, sturdy, reliable, looked good, and sounded good. Its only downside was that the screen managed to collect internal dust and the rubber buttons had a very unfortunately short life span. The E52 addresses both of the issues. The screen looks better and after 6 months of use, hasn't collected any dust inside. The side control buttons are now made of chrome colored molded plastic buttons. The physical dimensions have remained very similar, with the E52 being slightly thinner. However the E52's keypad seems less precise. It is not uncommon for the send and end buttons to be accidentally pressed while attempting to type a text message. Also, the T9 implementation on this phone is absolutely atrocious. On the E51, most T9 guesses were correct and it was possible to enter common word parts via T9. Not so on the E52. Word parts are never recognized and must be entered in the far less convenient alphabet mode. This happens far more often than necessary, as the T9 dictionary is abysmally small. Also, first guesses are almost never correct. For instance, the word "a" consistently comes up as "c". This is not a joke or exaggeration. It is literally that bad. Voice quality is mediocre. I can hear clipping with the volume up enough to hear the caller's voice. Battery life is good, with several days between charges, though not quite as good as the its predecessors. All said, I'm pretty sure his will be my last nokia unless they finally mothball symbian (which in its own right is sluggish and cluttered compared to better OS's)

Made in China...
First of All, I love my Nokia E52, and this purchase was my 4th; my first was made in Europe. That said, I was hoping for more with this purchase. First of all, don't be deceived by "Aluminum" in the Item Name, there is very little aluminum in this phone (back cover is Aluminum, but has always been). This device was shipped from China, however there was no Made in... or Printed in... anywhere on the box, booklet or under the phone's back cover. The phones case is made of plastic that is soft and tends to crack near the power and headphone jack ports. The original Nokia HS-48 headphones, which are great, and I still have my original pair, were not in the box. In their place were a pair of headphones that I could pick up at the Dollar Store. Otherwise the phone's OS and features seem to operate normally.
