As other reviewers have also noted, the inside of the bottle is covered in bright orange powder, and every one of the pills is also covered. You will have this dust on your hands every time you take a pill. This is the 2nd bottle I have received with this issue. It is a long-standing issue. Otherwise the supplement is ok.

I cannot say enough good things about this product. I actually suggested turmeric to a friend for HER arthritis (I have arthritis as well). It turned out that she bought this product, but was allergic to the ginger in it, of all things. So she passed it on to me. I broke my leg a few weeks later. Ibuprofin is no longer recommended during healing from broken bones, as it can slow healing. I had need for pain relief, though, and had this product at hand. I gave it a try. It worked beautifully for pain relief for the broken tibial plateau. But, as I was taking it, I realized that my arthritis wasn't bothering me. At all (it is generally well controlled with acupuncture and cranial sacral therapy, with Ibuprofin here or there, but on days of pressure changes or stress, it can rear it's head... being non weight bearing on a broken leg can be rather stressful... so there had been some joint swelling). THEN I noticed that I had stopped most of my antihystamine use (I have asthma and allergies) to the point that I was able to start weaning myself from the Singulair I had been on for almost 23 years. I keep the Singulair around for swelling, and for very bad allergy exposure... but I rarely need it. This product is fantastic, and I recommend it for so many uses, now, to so many people. I love the Nature's Life brand, and use several of their products. This one has a permanent place in my remedy chest.

I love this product and have used it for my sore knees for years. It has one drawback. The capsules aren't sealed tightly, and almost every bottle comes with turmeric powder all over the outside of the capsules. It stains your hands, and will stain your clothes if you happen to touch them when covered with this powder. Handle carefully to avoid stains.

I have ankylosing spondylitis, which is a gene-related (HLA-B27) rheumatoid arthritis. I take Humira shots every 10 days, which normally handles the disease quite well. I started using Tumeric Ginger Joint Ease in late winter, because the Humira wasn't quite lasting the whole 10 days. My symptoms are better now toward days 9 and 10 of my shot cycle, but it's impossible for me to know whether the Joint Ease had any effect, or whether the onset of springtime and warmer temperatures have made a difference. As with most herbal remedies, an effect could be "placebo effect" or maybe related to something else that changed, or maybe the actual advertised effect of the herbal preparation. One thing that I can say is that the recommended dose of 4 capsules/day was too strong -- it caused severe gastric pain. I dropped down the dose capsule-by-capsule until I could tolerate it without upset stomach -- down to 1 capsule/day. This may not be effective for arthritis, but -- who knows? I continue to take it, because it probably can't hurt, plus tumeric has other known health effects established by university researchers, including acting as a preventative for prostate cancer.

Purchased this product for my mother who has the onset of arthritis. Withing in moments of taking the pills, she felt an increase in mobility in her hands and particularly her knees. I purchased the pills 4/18/2018. Today is 5/17/2018. She still shows signs of continued mobility. What I mean by that is she can get out of bed instantly instead of having to stretch her legs out a little at a time before getting out of bed. She can bend her legs and sleep in child's position w/o repercussions of getting "stuck" in the morning of having pain trying to get in the position. She is able to resume her long walks. Now she is not completely without limitations however mobility had significantly increased.

I recently slipped on the ice and dislocated my shoulder. Having read that Ginger turmeric wood reduce inflammation, I took two tablets right away. The next day I went into the doctor and luckily for me, the inflammation of my shoulder wasn't as bad as it could have been. My doctor asked me what did I do to reduce the inflammation, and I replied that I took this supplement. This definitely will be stocked in my cabinet from now on.Additionally, I give a portion of the capsule to my dog in his dog food every morning and night and it helps relieve his arthritis symptoms.

I've been taking this product for several years. I've avoided knee surgery for 20 years, (hopefully for the rest of my life).I took a trip to Europe about 10 years ago and for got my pills. I so regretted that because I couldn't do nearly as much walking as I wanted. I was so glad to get home to my ginger and turmeric. I could walk again.I never spend a day without it. I can walk comfortably.I've given bottles to a lot of my friends and family. Everyone has had great results.

I would not have bought this if I'd known that 100 caps equals only 25 days worth of dosage.Usually if a supplement does not give a listing such as "4 per day" then you can assume it's just a one per day dosage.The fact that this requires 4 caps per day means that instead of 15 cents per day, it's 60 cents per day; which is more than I wanted to spend.I will not be buying this formula again unless I see obvious results (which is doubtful because with most herbs and supplements such as this you do not see obvious results, it's more a subtle "Yeah, I THINK it's helping..." If I see results after taking the whole bottle I will change this review. Otherwise, it's Sionara to Nature's Life Ginger Joint Ease caps.I also find that this gives me terrible burps, almost to the point of throwing up a little. Maybe this is true of all turmeric, I don't know. All I know is I won't be buying THIS one again. I'm downgrading this to 2 stars.
