Pros:1. small, fits anywhere, i got it for my 10 yr old to use in backpack in emergencies.2. easy to use, open velcro strap, pull base out from top until firm, pull umbrella up shaft until you feel it click in place.3. it was rain proofCONS:1. weak, the wind blew it backwards within the first 10 seconds on a 5-10 mph day.2. color choice is not as shown, the red is more burgandy than true red.OVERALL OPINION,Good enough for a kid to use on rainy days. Not good enough for more than one person or in rough conditions.It broke in winds over 10mph. Flipped backwards and then fell off the metal frame. Cannot reassemble, cannot return as the return window closed. Very disappointed.

The right price, size and color. I haven't tried it out in wind but it is perfect on this rainy day. I will be ordering another for sure.

While it is lightweight and does fold into a very convenient size, this thing breaks like a toothpick, maybe even worse than that. One slight breeze and mine snapped, leaving me stuck in the rain trekking around a college campus all day. While small and compact, it is even more breakable than expected with the smaller umbrellas. Don’t waste your money folks.

This product sucks (bought two based on the good reviews). Didn’t used them in time to return them. First time they’re used, discovered that don’t stay open and are flimsily made. They are lightweight so easy to pack, but since they’re useless as they collapse at random and provide no coverage, why bother packing it. So disappointed. They are small so are cute based solely on size. I can’t understand how this terrible product have such good reviews.

Had to edit my review because it DID BREAK, after a light breeze and two rains! Don't bother buying this, the reviews should be inspected by Amazon.Cheap, feels like it's about to break as soon as the wind blows. They charge you $6 to return it. Also too difficult for a 5 year old to open and close

It is very light and the color is cute. Like it!

Flimsy, turns inside out at the smallest wind. Purchased for UV protection while walking around/ at the beach for a couple hours.Despite being completely covered by the umbrella I wound up with a pretty harsh sunburn.Threw this umbrella in the trash.

This is a great little umbrella. I ordered it because I was going traveling and the weather looked to be a little iffy, some light sleet or rain. I'm a veteran traveler and this is the first time I ever brought an umbrella on a trip. Sure enough, wicked weather for my 2 walking days. I have patch pockets on my coat and this umbrella fit right in there. Bought the cheery yellow one, love it.
