The string broke within a month
I am horrified how poor the product is. its been less than a month since I bought it - and just day before yesterday, the string broke. Am not sure whether it can be fixed. I am a single person - and therefore the number of hangers on the line never exceeds 5. So, if this is the strength of the product, its terrible for the price is charges. Waste of my money, I feel angry at being cheated.

On a regular use, the spring action goes off and the cloth line hangs, sagging...almost makes the gadget useless...
