These bead chain connectors are the perfect size for standard bead chains such as those on ceiling fans. They're very sturdy feeling and don't bend or dent at all. They are a shiny silver color - slightly different than the color in the item description which looks like more of a brushed nickel (to me at least). As other reviewers have said, these connectors are very firm and can be somewhat difficult to place on the bead chain - most I was able to apply without any issues by making sure the connector slit was perfectly aligned with the small bead-connection chain (the part of the chain that's between each bead). For the more stubborn connectors, I used the blade tip of a pair of sharp scissors to wiggle the slit of the connector more open (very carefully). Great product and value.

Great price compared to the hardware store. Delivered on time and as stated. Did have to use a good deal of force to get the standard chain in these, but the closure is VERY secure. Can't complain!

Works fine. Attached my chain to the new one with no problem, doesn't come apart with use, color matches. Not much more to say. No complaints.
