this tool saved me from a real bad one
i was upgrading my sons bathroom and his shower needed an upgrade bad, so bought a new shower head and as im taking the shower head off the shaft pipe broke off, I quickly found the best one and quick prime delivery and it arrived and i used it and so easy the broke pipe inside my wall came out. couldnt be any happier with this tool.

Well made
I have used several extractors of different sizes. All work well and bite into the broken pipes. Getting the assist bar really makes them even more robust. They have held up well and I’ve used the second largest three times with no failures. Not sure they would hold up in a commercial function, but great for personal use

Did its job
I needed to remove a broken elbow adapter on my air compressor. I got the right size, tapped it a few times with a hammer, used an adjustable wrench, and turned it clockwise. It got the remnants of that elbow adapter out. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. For its price, it's good value for what it was intended to do.

Worked in removing broken shower arm threads
A couple of turns with a wrench attached and the broken shower arm threads came out of the copper water pipe with ease. No damage to the system afterwards. Would reccomend.

Gets the job done.
I went to change the showerhead in one of the bathrooms at my new home. I did not realize that the showerhead was rusted on to the shower arm. I talked and twisted and what I thought was making progress on the showerhead was actually breaking the shower arm. I wound up snapping off the shower arm coming out of the wall. The pipe was snapped clean off at the wall and I thought “we’ll, here comes a $150 plumber bill!” But then I saw A YouTube video about my problem, and I found a tool that they recommended to solve it. So naturally I got on Amazon to look for the tool, or a similar tool and I found this set! It wasn’t the exact item recommended by the video so I was a bit skeptical, but it worked perfectly! I was able to easily extract the broken pipe from the wall mounted pipe and replaced it! Very easy to use, highly effective tool! 100% recommend this product.

Worked for 3/4 pvc. Good price. Case is cheaply made. Durability with metal unknown.
This worked for me for my application: removing a broken 3/4” threaded pvc adapter from an irrigation valve (limited clearance for a longer removal tool). It worked well and was easy to use. The case is okay but pretty low quality and the clear plastic holding the metal elements in is particularly low quality and poorly fixed in place. It would have been nice if the tools had been made to connect to a standard socket wrench but I was able to use an adjustable wrench to grab the square end okay. For the price, speed of availability (overnight!), and size options (I needed the biggest one which HD and Lowe’s didn’t have in stock) this worked out great for me. Not sure how durable the tools are for use with metal pipe and bolts.

Great set
We use this for riser breaks on irrigation. Works great.

Broke off as soon as the least amount of force was applied.
These are fragile as glass (the smaller ones at least). Now I'm stuck with a broken bolt with a broken extractor in it (which can't be drilled). I understand that I can't expect high quality tools at that price. But even 1$ would have been too expensive in my case...
