They have excellent packaging for their cookies. The outer Amazon box was dented, but the four packs of cookies were snug and protected in their own box with bubble wrap.The cookies are delicious and I fully recommend them.

Very good, fresh cookies

Used to eat these years ago when we had an Illinois based grocery store Jewel/Osco. Saw these online and ordered the 4 pkg variety: 2 choc chip 1 peanut butter and 1 oatmeal raisin. Pkgs are smaller hardly worth the $5...but worst of all they were not as fresh and soft as they used to be. Crumbled and broke into pieces just trying to get out of pkg...dry and stale texture. My husband and I looked at each other and said should've kept the good memory of good moist soft cookies. Would not order again. Major disappointment

Better than Grandmas cookies!

Matt's is usually incredible, based on their maple cookie and oatmeal raisin cookie; but these were crumbly when they're usually soft and well formed. Still good flavor.

Super crumbly and tastes like it's not fresh. I know it doesn't have dairy, which is a reason I buy them, but it's missing something? Decent. Reminds me of cookies I used to get from Aldi's back in the 90s and early 2000s.

I love Matt's cookies.They are as close as you fresh cooked cookies. The best part is the packaging. if you make a clean cut at one end, you can slide the plastic tray back into a well fitted packafge and they stay fresh.

The cookies were a bit stale. Although, the expiration date on the bag was February 2024, they were stale. I will not purchase this item again
