The tabketop is fantastic and seems to be of a high quality laminate wood (grain DOES have texture as well).I opted for the dark top and dark legs, and it appears to be exactly like the pictures, even in bright sunlight.The legs are easy to attach, however are also the weak point of this product. The ones i got had been painted after the screw-holes were drilled, so i had to pre-thread the screws into the holes in order to break apart the paint inside the holes in the legs.Because they attach with 2 screws, the legs tend to have a little more wobble than i am used to, however i want to point out that it is not bad. My previous desk was VERY heavy, so a little more wobble was expected in a freestanding desk.The tabletop has some weight, but if you plan on having to move with it, or move it around the house this desk will be easy to move. Do not drag this desk across the floor, as the legs are not strong enough to handle these stresses, and you will likely not want to store very heavy things on the desk as it will lean an uncomfortable amount.Packaging was fair, and had wooden packing supports to prevent damage to the table. The rest was a hard-pack foam that covered every surface to prevent scratching. I was very pleased with how the table arrived.After setting up the table, tightening the legs, mounting a pair of monitor arms, and 2 large monitors, the desk seems sturdy enough for my purpose (working from my computer at home). The top is spacious and will make a great work-space.

Nice table. Does what it needs to do. From a distance it looks black but when a desk light is on (or natural light) you can see that it is actually brown. Legs are fine as they are metal and actually black. Package was very beat up upon delivery but was packaged so well there was no damage to the desk itself. Super easy to put together. Took 5 minutes.

Looks good but the color is not black. It's dark brown. It looks black only when the lights are off.

Ordered three of these tables and found them not to be sturdy. Also, upon assembling (following instructions), some of the legs appear canted. So far, they have served their purpose, but I am not too happy with them. Currently looking for six more exact tables but will definitely not buy these again.

Great table! Easy to assemble - just need to attach legs with bolts. Packaged extremely well. I'm using it in my office/studio so I like that it is very sturdy and stable. I really like the surface material - will hold up to my crafting and art use.

Very sturdy and solid desk. Lots or room for my pc and accessories. Would recommend! 5*

Not a fancy desk, very simple. But for the price and function, it is 5-stars.
