product is ok and give fast heating but when i use my finger burns some diffecult to use over all good to purchase in this amount result is osam

Does not have a cool tip, so burnt 3 fingers while trying it out the first couple of times
Rod is too long; very inconvenient to curl your hair. I liked the curler otherwise, as the finish is very good.Had to return it cos cannot keep burning my hand all the time.The tip not only gets scathing hot, it's also bigger in diameter than the rest of the rod, which means, we invariably keep hitting the tip even if we're careful while curling.Also, curls also do not stay for more than 20 mns.It's probably okay for long hair though, cos of the additional length, if you're getting curls done from another person i.e.Bummer!
